Delicious food, excellent and fast service — thanks a lot to the staff. Unfortunately, the impression was spoiled by the administration's position. Along with the bill, we received a flyer with information about a 15% discount for birthday guests. We noticed him after the payment, when we left a tip. They asked to take into account the discount, but were refused. At the same time, no alternative gesture of attention from the institution (not even a symbolic compliment or a small token of attention for the birthday) was offered. It's a pity, because the rest of the experience was very good. As a result, there was a feeling that in such a situation, the loyalty of the guest is not a value for the institution.

The lamb kebab was dried and looked terrible (I've never eaten such a pork neck in my life, it's dried and it feels like it wasn't even a neck, but a shoulder blade or hip part, because it's hard and without any veins. They took the knuckle, well, of course it was impossible to eat there, it was baked so that the crust was just like a stone, but it should be tender. Of all the things we ate there, only the croutons for beer and onions turned out to be really delicious, so it was generally the most delicious))) Well, how do you even understand 46p for 200 grams of pork neck? Are you out of your mind? That's 2 kg of meat you can buy, where do these prices come from? I understand beef, lamb, but pork???? In short, a complete disappointment!

Boarding on this day did not allow being in the hall with a child, they did not let him in with a stroller, they offered him a place on the street. The gazebos were dirty, the tables and chairs were not wiped clean from dirt and dust, there were sticks and various debris on the floor. The receptionist and the waiter can't talk, and the customer orientation is at zero. There were questions with the menu, there was no wine offered by the waiter, the wine was changed twice, as it was in the stack. The hot dishes were waiting for two hours, salmon with a saute of vegetables is boiled frozen vegetables of poor quality - not for such money and not in such an institution to serve it. The knuckle is terrible, dry and overcooked. Zucchini side dish with turkey steak- the zucchini was slightly heated on the grill or grill, not cooked. There was arrogance and rudeness to all the remarks . The 55th anniversary was ruined!

The food is not very tasty, cranberry juice is heavily diluted with water, kvass is terrible, made from a not very good concentrate. Special attention to the program is a complete horror. At first there will be live singing, but the repertoire consists of songs from the 70s and 80s (for example, "Margarita", "My Daltoplan") and everything like that, and at the same time the so-called singer took a break for 15 minutes every five songs, and she was not embarrassed that no one was dancing and I'm not tired at all. No one responded to our requests to turn on other music while the singer was resting. Then the music from the DJ started, we thought we'd dance here, but the repertoire remained the same. Leontiev, Sofia Rotaru, Antonov and Ovsienko are Kapets. It felt like we were on the anniversary of our grandmother, who had ordered all her favorite performers from the post-Soviet era. We won't recommend this place to anyone.
