We stayed more than once, for work and to visit friends at the wedding. We accommodated the guests in this Rendezvous Hotel, we really liked it! All the guests were satisfied. Clean, fresh, cozy and peaceful. There is billiards and table tennis, we played in the evenings. There is parking right next to the hotel, under surveillance cameras. Everything is neat and well. We recommend it!! Within walking distance of shops , market, cafe. There is a great road everywhere after major repairs, which surprised and pleased us very much!)

We stayed at the hotel with our family, found it on the Internet, stopped by without booking, a very nice receptionist girl placed us at the reception, showed us everything. There is a power supply, by the way, the water supply is round-the-clock and hot too, although we were told that in Lugansk they turn off both water and light, nothing like that. The room is spacious, very newly renovated, clean, cozy, we liked everything! There is leisure downstairs, billiards, sauna. The prices are the same as everywhere else, considering that we arrived spontaneously and guessed the choice of the hotel, the price / quality satisfied us! Thanks to the nice girl at the reception who told me where to spend time, advised cool places, helped me call a taxi (Yandex does not work there). We will come to you next time. I also want to add a location, there are a lot of big shops and a market around, and we also got to the city center quickly in 10+ minutes, which is very convenient.

A wonderful hotel to return to! We stayed at the Rendezvous hotel and were absolutely delighted. The most important advantage of this place is its amazing staff. We were greeted very warmly and cordially, and from the very first minutes we were surrounded by care. The administrators are incredibly responsive, especially Anastasia, polite and attentive to details. Any question or request was resolved instantly, always with a smile and a sincere desire to help.The hotel itself has an amazing cozy and homely atmosphere. The rooms are clean, bright, the bed linen is clean, the bed is very comfortable - I managed to get a good night's sleep and relax. It is clear that the owners and staff put their hearts into this place and sincerely care about the comfort of their guests.Many thanks to the Rendezvous team for their hospitality! We will definitely visit you again and recommend you to everyone we know.❤️
