The service in this hotel is kind of present, but you need to talk it out. When we arrived, there was no drinking water in the room. They called, they brought us x2 as an apology, but in the morning after cleaning, all the supplies were gone :) I also had to ask for a shoe spoon. They brought it, but it turned out to be disposable. The body lotion was never questioned. We already approached the reception twice in one day with this request: after the morning request, we ended up not cleaning the room at all, and in the evening, when we were reminded, the cleaning clearly came in, but the lotion did not appear. I would like to note separately that the room is, of course, very tiny. And there's a strange smell in the room, like turnips or something. Breakfast is overrated. The women at the egg station look like you're going to their house with your questions. Well, cooking an ordinary glaze tasteless is just some kind of special talent. But the bar on the top floor has a stunning view of the city.
