We came from Russia to see the Republic of Belarus. Nothing foreshadowed, but the pump started flowing. Friday, other services said to arrive no earlier than Monday. I contacted this service, and the guys agreed to help, even though they were busy with other cars. The malfunction was accurately diagnosed. I applied to QService with a 2003 Nissan Almera Tino, 2.2 diesel, 6-speed manual transmission, mileage of about 495 thousand km. When the clutch was pressed, an extraneous noise appeared, which increased noticeably in a few days. After removing the box, it turned out that the release bearing had actually collapsed. Master Oleg sent detailed photos and videos of the defects during the repair. They also found a badly damaged clutch fork, a damaged thread of the outer left tire joint and a hub bearing backlash. I really liked the approach to the repair. For each additional malfunction, the condition of the part was first shown, the reason was explained, spare parts options were offered, and only after my approval did the work. I would like to mention the cost separately. Even before the start of the repair, the price of removing/installing the gearbox and replacing the clutch was agreed. When removing the box, there were quite serious difficulties, as the car has a decent mileage, but the initial cost of the work was completely preserved. There were no additional hours or unexpected surcharges for the complexity of disassembly. I also consider it a big plus that the two-mass flywheel was not changed simply because of the high mileage. He was examined and checked, no critical damage was found and left. As a result, they installed the LuK clutch kit, the original Nissan fork, replaced the necessary oil seals, oil in the manual transmission, the outer joint and the SNR front hub bearing, and after assembly, they made a camber-convergence. Upon receiving the car, we checked the result together. When a small knock was detected when starting the engine, the car was immediately driven back into the pit, the cause was found in the worn rubber element of the lower support and the knock was eliminated. After the repair, the clutch works fine, the initial noise has disappeared, the gears turn on well, there are no extraneous sounds. Thanks to QService and Master Oleg for their professional work, constant feedback, and cost transparency. For me, this is a good example of what car repairs should look like.
