Here is the English translation of your review: ⸻ I would like to leave a sincere positive review about this grooming salon! 🐾 The atmosphere is very cozy and clean, and you can feel the love for animals from the very first minute. The staff is polite, attentive, and truly caring toward pets. Special thanks to Anastasiia — a true professional! Our pet came home well-groomed, neatly trimmed, and most importantly, calm and happy. It’s clear that the groomer works gently, takes the pet’s personality into account, and listens carefully to the owner’s wishes. We will definitely be coming back and happily recommend this salon to all our friends! 💛

Professionals are very responsible about grooming, they were in touch with us all the time, besides the constant broadcast, they also sent photos / videos, told us how grooming was going. The dog came out happy and beautiful, We received a tie and a keychain with his fur as a gift, it's very cute After grooming, they gave advice on how to comb a pet of our breed, and suggested that they come and cut their claws outside of grooming if necessary. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my corgi girl here for the first time and was very pleased! I was looking for express molting, because I know that this procedure is suitable for our ever-shedding type of wool. Everything was done to the highest standard! Now, when you pet a dog, no hairs on your hands get cleaned, the dog is soft and clean. Separately, I would like to note with what attention they approach work, how they establish contact, communicate and play. There is an online broadcast of everything that happens, so you can be calm about your ponytail. I definitely recommend the salon and now I will constantly bring my girlfriend here.

This is not a grooming salon, this is a factory for the production of happy and indecently beautiful ponytails. The craftsmen are well—groomed, professional, with a huge heart and a true love for animals. After the visit, I would like to ask my pet: "Excuse me, can I have an autograph?" Prosperity to you, love, grateful customers and fluffy success without stopping!

The best. Clean, cozy, friendly and delicious! They feed me treats in the process, and I can watch the process online, which is very convenient! The ponytail is clean, beautiful, smells delicious, and welcomes me every time. 🤍

Thanks a lot to the girls! I take a cat to them for grooming, I really like that they take into account and listen to my wishes, they try to do the job quickly so that the cat does not get tired and does not overheat, while always giving the cat a break to rest. To be honest, for a long time I was afraid to take the cat to the procedures, and few people take cats at all, but after the first time at pappy joy, I always sign up for sure and don't worry anymore) and how much extra hair can be extracted from it is just something incredible.

A wonderful salon! Our ponytail, after a bad first experience in another salon, immediately went to the girls for help, calmly went through all the stages of grooming! The girls are professionals in their field and love animals very much (this is felt in everything). There is an online broadcast (for anxious parents) I am so glad that I found this salon. 🫶

The best salon. I have never seen such a careful, caring and kind attitude towards dogs anywhere before. I drive my two Maltese and we are all very happy. I have nervous dogs, but pappy Joy always tries to minimize stress for dogs, so dogs always go to the salon with joy. And the most well-groomed and beautiful ones come back. I highly recommend it.

We washed, combed, and cut hair for more than 3 hours. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. The dog has access to water, you can stretch your paws in between treatments. For the owners, there is an option to sit on the veranda side by side, in case the dog is restless or needs help with lifting. But if you are limited in time, the process is broadcast to the webcam (the link will be reset at the beginning of the procedure). Be sure, even with demanding dogs, the attitude is extremely careful. Professionalism and love for animals are felt in all the details: hydro massage, perfume, so that I could live like this! I definitely recommend it, we will definitely come again)

We've been cutting our claws here for 2 years now, it's a great salon. Because our dog has panic attacks in unfamiliar rooms, Nastya goes outside to trim her claws in a cool and more comfortable environment for the dog, I really appreciate this customer orientation.

For the first time in Tbilisi, we decided to take our Yorik for a haircut. We are very satisfied! Master: kind, attentive and a true professional! We wanted to cut the dog's hair shorter for the summer, and it turned out just fine!
