A wonderful salon, I had a manicure with Maria's top master. More than one master has never made a perfect shape for me. The coating is worn for a long time and works quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, there is a very expensive sinkhole in the cabin for processing tools, they always open the tools with you. I also did eyelash extension services, this is the best salon in terms of quality, choice of eyelashes and effects. I do it with different masters and it's always perfect. I recommend

I go to the Powder salon and am always satisfied. Maya makes simply gorgeous eyelashes, the sock is great, everything lasts for a very long time, and the effect is always one-on-one the way I want it. Very neat work and without overloading. Alina is also a super master, she cuts her hair perfectly, after which her hair always looks beautiful and fits easily. 🫶🏻

I visited an eyelash extension salon. The impressions, to put it mildly, are extremely negative. There are two couches in the room at the same time, on which two craftsmen work. During the procedure, the staff spent a significant part of their time discussing the client of the second master and her "unsuccessful" build-up. It's hard to call it a professional atmosphere. For the service itself: my eyes hurt for three days after the build-up. The master said that the reason was unknown to her and "everything was done normally." At the same time, I have more than three years of experience building up, and this is the first time such a reaction has occurred. The result: low level of service, questionable ethics of communication with clients and lack of responsibility for the result of the procedure. To be fair, the master offered to come back to her later for correction if the situation did not change, but, to be honest, there was no desire to repeat the experience and then be discussed behind my back in a negative way.

I have visited this salon twice, and unfortunately, my requests were completely ignored by both times. When making this appointment, I specifically asked to be booked with a technician who could deliver the exact lash effect I wanted. Despite this, they assigned me to a master who failed to achieve the desired result. Before starting, the technician assured me that she had 9 years of experience, knew exactly what she was doing, and would deliver the look I asked for. When I opened my eyes and pointed out that the result looked nothing like the reference, she became personal and started insulating me, claiming that something was "wrong" with my eye shape instead of taking professional responsibility. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I visited this salon twice and, unfortunately, my request was completely ignored both times. When recording, I specially asked for such a master who would be able to make the desired effect for me. Nevertheless, again, they recorded with such a specialist who could not put the desired result. Before the procedure, the master reassured me that he has 9 years of experience, knows everything and would do exactly as I wanted. When I opened my eyes and told him that the result did not look like the requested one at all, he began to switch to personal insults and told me that my eyes have some "non-standard" shape, instead of taking responsibility for his own work. Very unprofessional and unpleasant service.

The service leaves much to be desired I signed up in advance for a 6-hand procedure (which in fact turned out to be 4 hands))): manicure, pedicure, eyelashes. It was recorded in the morning, right before recording in the evening they write that the master is ill and will not be accepted I made an appointment in advance before leaving and couldn't re-sign anywhere, so I asked to come up with something. As a result, the master was found, but the recording was postponed to lunchtime I arrived at the appointed time, the master was late, while I prepared everything, a total of 20-30 minutes passed. The eyelashes are good, they deserve these stars) everything else is unsatisfactory. During the build-up, even the manicure was not finished, although the 6-hand service involves doing all three procedures at the same time in order to save time. As a result, the pedicure was done by the master after the eyelashes, after the manicure on the same eyelash extension couch, where the body was already tired of lying and everything was numb. But it would be fine if the result justified itself ... the very next day there were chips, the manicure did not last two weeks and the coating just flew off, the pedicure leaves much to be desired. Manicure with swollen edges and detachments.. the record was for top masters, the price tag is appropriate, the quality is disgusting. No discounts were offered for the inconveniences provided, no tea / coffee ... in short, the Moscow service and quality can not be compared for sure! I wouldn't go here anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends..

He greets me with a displeased face, although they were warned that I would be late, nothing prevented me from canceling the recording. When asked to perform an effect, he takes passive breaths in and out. The work was done efficiently at my request, but when I noticed on the large mirrors below that the corner of my eyelashes made my eye sad, the receptionist suggested returning to the master. To which Evgenia replied to me in a rude tone and with a displeased face, "Why did you complain to the administrator, is it hard to comb them like that?". They didn't talk to me like that. On a difficult day, this situation made me cry. You are primarily the service staff, not my friends, so communicate and show your mood. I won't come back to you anymore, and my friends will also consider whether to go to your services.
