We stayed at the hotel from 08/19 to 08/24/2026, the impressions of the hotel and the staff were only positive. The location of the hotel is in the picturesque historical, old part of Kaleici, a few meters from the old port and the lighthouse, with beautiful sea views and within walking distance of all the sights of the city. The hotel does not have its own beach. Next to the hotel there is a small paid beach of Mermerli, the cost of a chaise longue with an umbrella is 800 lira. We never went to it, went to Konyaalti beach at the Roxy Beach club, took a chaise longue with an umbrella of 500 lire. The check-in was quick, we had an early flight and were checked into a cozy, modern room on the third floor at about 11 a.m. with two windows, one of which overlooked the hotel pool. The room has everything you need for living: refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. Tea, sugar, water and coffee were replenished every day, as well as shower accessories (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body cream, cotton swabs). The bathroom has a comfortable shower stall with no signs of mold and new faucets, hot water was always with good pressure. The room was cleaned every day with a change of towels. The territory of the hotel is small, but very well maintained and beautiful. The pool is clean, the water is warm. There are plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas, there were always free ones. Towels for sun loungers can be taken next to the pool and allowed to be taken to the beach. Breakfast at the hotel is a buffet. The assortment is small, but there was always enough, you definitely won't stay hungry, cheeses, olives, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers and a variety of fruits are always fresh and of good quality. It was my birthday on August 20th, and the hotel beautifully decorated the room and gave me a delicious dessert with berries. It was a pleasure. The staff is polite, not intrusive, always respond to any request. What else we liked about the hotel was the free shuttle service from the hotel to any historical landmark (the Andriana Gate or the clock tower) in the city center, which is very convenient, since you have to go there a little uphill. Prosperity to the hotel and respect to the hotel manager! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

We stayed at this hotel with my daughter from March 27 to March 31. We chose these dates because she has a birthday on March 29th. We waited a long time for our luggage at the airport. The luggage was received later by tourists who arrived later than us. Then we searched for a long time for the bus that was waiting for us. It turned out that the friend who told us the bus number did not explain that this was not the number on the bus, but the plate number (registration plate). The minibus itself is very decent, and the Wi-Fi is free. I delivered it carefully. We settled in quickly. The room is good. It wasn't huge, but my daughter and I had enough space. I don't remember the room number. If you enter the courtyard of the hotel, the building is on the left side, the room is on the top floor. The windows look out onto a narrow street, there's not much to see. But we didn't really stay in the room. The room was cleaned by a hotel employee, a Russian-speaking woman named Elvira. A very friendly and welcoming woman. Breakfast- you won't stay hungry, but you were a little short of something meaty and eggs in different variations. Men can stay a little hungry. As well as a standard Turkish breakfast. We only had breakfast included. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's not far from everything. The descent to the sea is very close. Nearby are Migros and various cafes where you can sit and eat. A small incident marred the stay. It was my daughter's birthday. We did not claim any attention from the hotel on this occasion. But, we asked for two glass glasses for champagne. because there were only two glass glasses in the room. And we were told that for this we have to make an order from the restaurant. Okay, we made the order through the app. We're sitting there waiting for them to arrive. We wait for 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes. Silence. My daughter went to the reception desk to ask why they weren't bringing champagne. It turned out that they didn't know.(the app probably doesn't work). Well, okay, we're not scandalous people. They said they would bring it soon. Indeed, ten minutes later there was a knock on the door. I opened the door, and there was a young man holding a bottle of champagne and two glasses. Then he hands me the glasses and starts opening the champagne. I'm holding glasses at this time and holding the door with my foot and back, because the door is quite heavy. He opens the champagne and pours the champagne into my glasses, which I'm still holding. He poured it, turned around and left. And I'm still standing there with the champagne and the door on my back. I called my daughter to help me open the door. Well, it wasn't very convenient. Couldn't they have just given us two empty glasses, at least in honor of our birthday? In general, this moment slightly overshadowed our day. P.S.we recommend visiting the hotel. Overall, we liked almost everything.
