We spent the night at this hotel from May 19th to 20th, 2026. To say that they left in a bad mood is an understatement. I booked it in advance. When booking, my first question was whether there was hot water in the hotel, whether it would be possible to wash up from the road. The answer was, of course, yes. But in fact, the administrator checked in and did not inform, or rather did not mention that there was no hot water and there would be no hot water.The reason for the lack of hot water is allegedly technical work at the local thermal power plant, and there will be no hot water in the whole city for a week. If the receptionist had been honest about it right away during check-in, it wouldn't have been so unpleasant.We found out about it late in the evening.The road before that was long, my husband was driving almost 800 km, tired, and there was no way to take a shower. Heat the water in an electric kettle - there is nothing to dilute it in. Dumplings were cooked in a single small saucepan. The receptionist was disturbed and brought a bucket and a plastic potsherd. Thanks, at least for that.Advertising of a 5-star hotel!!! Why cheat like that? You don't pull out the standard standard for 2 stars. There is no hair dryer, the Windows are bare (no curtains at all). The kitchen is not equipped with enough cutlery (for the hotel advertising yourself by 5 *). There is no TV, no WI-FI.!!! Of the advantages - new renovation, new furniture, clean, clean linens. The hotel sign is missing, walk around the hotel building, not understanding where the entrance is, until the receptionist, upon your call, runs from the neighboring building and checks in. No one offered to reduce the cost of living for the lack of hot water, no one apologized. The motto of the Pruzhany City 5* hotel is that they have cut down the "loot" and that's fine. I do not recommend it!

Spacious Parking, within walking distance of the Ozone and Wildberry pick-up points. On both sides there is an Ice One, on the left and a Water One on the right. There is a pharmacy)). There are also two self-service coffee shops. In Euroopt itself, coffee is much tastier. It's a shame that the hotel building itself is no longer needed as a hotel. And another feature of this building; despite the presence of chain stores, the largest and brightest signboard is the sign "GYNECOLOGY" (😂🤣)

We rented an apartment for a couple of days. I will not shoot the star, but those who travel need to take into account some nuances. Since the renovation in some apartments has just been completed, there are no curtains. Another nuance is that some of the apartments are designed for athletes and there were 10 beds in two rooms, which is not relevant for ordinary people, but in general it is not critical. One of the advantages is the same fresh renovation and reasonable prices. The receptionist is friendly. We checked in quickly at a convenient time for us. She gave us everything we needed and when the opportunity arose, she moved us to a room with a large sofa. I recommend you to visit.

Simple apartments with beds, kettle, stove. If you need to stop at the contract, it is very convenient. We stopped on the way to Brest, because within a radius of almost 100 km from Brest, all accommodation was booked due to government events in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

The best place in the city, as if not in Pruzhany, I like to come there, you can buy everything you need and don't need. In the basement there is a fixprice, a plumbing store and a Sushi bar.On the 1st floor there are Heath and Mark Formel, purity island, pharmacy, Makey and flowers, pet store and A1 communication salon. On the 2nd floor there is a cool KIRMASH low price store, the prices are really low, I just went in to look, and came out with a whole package of clothes😃 a large selection. A private gynecology and beauty studios of various profiles have opened on the 3rd floor. On the 4th floor there is a Pilates, stretching/aerostretching studio. From the 5th to the 10th floor, there are apartments intended for short-term rental.
