The pros (cozy interior, quite tasty food) are completely crossed out by one fat minus - at 19.00 we (a family of 4 adults and 2 children, came to celebrate grandma's birthday) made an order, and only at 21.00 they brought us hot, and this is without pizza for our youngest, which we also waited from 19.00! Only at 21.25 our youngest child (7 years old) was able to eat pizza. Is it okay to wait 2 hours for a bitter dish and 2.5 hours for a child to wait for a pizza?! To our natural question to the waitress: "Why do you have to wait so long!" We have received one response: "And what did you want, there is one cook, but there are many of you, our equipment does not allow us to cook many dishes at the same time, we had to pre-order before coming to the cafe!, i.e. we ourselves are to blame, thank you for not having to wait 3 hours for food! In general, the whole family deservedly put a bold "2" to the work of the waitress, it is obvious that the person is trying to try, but simply did not undergo any adequate instruction or training, he simply does not know many elementary things in the work of the waiter, the cook cooks delicious, but very slowly, apparently on one burner :). To sum up, I recommend not going here on an empty stomach and having 3-4 hours of free time left to "talk" and at the same time have time to get hungry, the food is likely to be delicious.

After we made our choice, the hostess read out our order and specified when to serve tea. Then she set the table, napkins, utensils and spices. Then she brought cups and a teapot with tea. She warned me that the tea was very hot. After a while, the salad was brought to us, and then the hot one. The dishes were hot and delicious. Service 11 out of 10. Only when calculating, we went to the counter ourselves, the waiter could not calculate how much change she owed us. And there were examples for the 4th grade)). But this fact did not spoil our evening in any way, to ease her tension, I offered to pay with a card. I'll come here again.

But as they say, everything is fine so far, the changes have not started for the better. The children's corner has been depleted and has become nominal, the staff is not even competent in matters of the menu, neither the composition of the dishes, nor the time of its preparation. The kitchen has become simply disgusting. A long hair was found in the cutlet. They reacted to the remark, maybe it seemed to you, you had to demonstrate how a piece of cutlet hangs in the air on a hair. They took it away, said we would redo it, but such a dish did not cause appetite, they refused. The waiter seemed to apologize on behalf of the cook, but the receptionist present ignored the situation. Later, he still came up and asked what happened, and after explaining the situation, she shrugged her shoulders and silently left. Pizza without cheese from the word "absolutely", I had to take it home and finish it to an edible consistency. At the end of everything, they tried to include everything in the bill, even a cutlet with hair, only after indignation they were excluded. After this trip, we ourselves do not set foot in this cafe and do not recommend it to anyone. Two stars, just for the interior.

It started with the fact that as we sat down at the table we were given one menu, and there were two of us. Well, that's okay, it happens. We made an order, CLARIFIED THAT THE GRILLED VEGETABLES ARE 1 SERVING. The seafood salad was brought. It would have been fine, but it was very salty because of the soy sauce + sprinkled with salt. the 2nd course. Grilled steak and vegetables. No one specified the degree of roasting, well, that's okay, but they brought a piece of pork with grilled vegetables in vegetable oil. This is the first time I've been served something grilled with vegetable oil! And for some reason the mushroom sauce was too salty again . Grilled vegetables were brought to us in two plates, although the waitress clarified that there was one serving, and counted as 2e, explaining that you had two plates (well, they didn't put it in 4e, otherwise you would pay for everything) Result: I didn't like anything and I don't understand what the institution was hooked on. For such a price tag and inappropriate quality, I advise you to visit another institution!

We ordered grilled vegetables - the waitress specified the number of servings (they said one), the vegetables were placed on two plates according to the number of guests and included in the bill as two servings. To a reasonable question - why two portions in the bill - they replied that they were on two plates. The vegetables were very fatty, obviously too much butter. The portions are large, there are no complaints about this. In general, there was no desire to return.
