Avoid PrimeFit – Worst Gym Experience Ever! 🚫 If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with PrimeFit in Tbilisi has been nothing but frustrating. Their communication with customers is terrible—multiple times, I arrived after a one-hour round trip only to find the swimming pool closed with no prior notice. When I complained, the manager falsely claimed they had sent a message, yet the same thing happened to my friend on several occasions. Another lack of communication issue: after four months of training, I was suddenly told I couldn't work out because my shoes weren’t "indoor" shoes. This rule was never communicated, and I’ve never encountered such a policy in other European gyms. Again, I came for nothing that day. The hygiene is subpar—the showers are dirty and constantly smell like damp mold, as if they haven’t been properly cleaned in ages. And let’s talk about their false promises—when I signed up, they told me group class schedules change regularly. That was a lie. There are barely any morning classes, which is when I usually go, and nothing has changed. On top of all that, they never take responsibility for their mistakes. Every time a customer leaves feedback, they just make excuses instead of acknowledging the issue and improving. This clearly shows they don’t care and never will. Overall, this is the WORST gym I’ve ever been to. Poor management, terrible communication, bad hygiene, and misleading information. If you’re considering joining, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

We bought an unlimited subscription with my husband in January for six months. They took it mainly because of the pool. Convenient location and opening hours: no need to think about the first/ second half of the day or the days of the week as in many other pools. But! The filth is incredible. Terrible fungus from all sides in the showers, the pool itself too. I've seen cleaning often, but these are grannies who don't really care about the quality of their work. There are 3 hair dryers in the women's locker room: 1 of them came out of standing completely a month after the start of our subscription, the other 2 worked honestly. I had to carry mine all the time to dry my hair. Either wait in line and then sushi for 30 minutes somehow. Over the entire period, we went 10 times, no more. People are not being watched on the paths in the pool. Everyone swims as they please: swim across, or swim forward on either side, or constantly overtake you as if they were alone here. I believe that this should also be monitored. People just might not know the rules in a trivial way. The water is very dirty. I didn't have very good glasses and my eyesight was bad, at first I didn't notice it that way. But after updating my glasses, I was only able to swim for 30 minutes, because there's HAIR in the water, what bits, the water is sooo muddy and it's disgustingly unpleasant! Also, a lot of people go into the water after training without rinsing in all this sweat. Why is this not being monitored? On the day of purchase, I asked the manager if everyone was working in the spa area. They answered me: "Of course!" When we arrived for the first time the next day, the hammam was not working in the men's section. He earned it a month later, if not more. There is a very unpleasant smell in the women's hammam, it is bad to be there. There are no questions about the sauna in principle. The towel that is given at the reception for the first time seemed to me also used and just dried, we always took our own with us. The premises themselves are already "tired" and in need of repair. The cleanliness lasted for 2 days at the new branch. It's just as dirty there now, a friend who bought a subscription told me that. Administrators are unfriendly. The eternal dirt around the entrance: lying shoe covers, one poor shitty armchair and a stain underneath that no one had cleaned in a few months. So choose for yourself.

A good gym, there is a swimming pool and sauna with a hammam, group workouts, the price for all this is quite reasonable if you take a subscription for a long time. Among the disadvantages: some areas are poorly cleaned, there are many things that do not work in the sauna and hammam area.

The fitness club is very decent, the staff is polite, qualified, the women's locker room and spa area are clean, the showers are clean. I don't understand the negative reviews, have you guys seen any bad clubs?! Everything is almost perfect here

The closing time of the club is very early, while the staff begin to rush you to leave 30 minutes in advance, turn off the lights when you haven't finished training yet, which looks like outright arrogance!! I have visited many fitness clubs in different countries and have never come across the fact that 15 minutes before the club closes, two employees kicked me out of the sauna or out of the gym. Neither my friend nor I (we bought a subscription together) were told about such procedures. If the club is open until 22, then I can sit in the sauna or train until 22, and the staff should set aside time to stay after that time and put everything in order. It's not the client who has to adjust to the staff, but the staff to the client! Especially considering that the subscription price is not cheap. The keys that close the lockers also break, but compared to the arrogant behavior of the staff, these are trifles.
