For objective reasons, I was late, they neither called nor clarified whether I would or would not... I arrived, they turned me around, like a new client in 20 minutes, they didn't offer me a new time. And I'm on disability, I've spent time, gasoline, and health, which is already scarce. Thank you for not using obscenities, for this 1 star, and so - minus 2. I will not go to them anymore.I definitely do not recommend it.

There are no words, it's just terrible. Do not overpay and go to a regular hairdresser for 10p, they will even get a haircut there.
