We stayed with our family in April of the 26th year. For three days. I liked the location, we walked to Sovetskaya Street. It's such a quiet center, surrounded by the private sector. The territory of the hotel is surrounded by a fence. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the furniture is tired in places. Not all of it, but in places. The sofa, of course, is already tired for the third person, but outwardly it does not make such an impression. The bathroom has everything, bathrobes, dental kits, shampoo and soap. The linen in the beds is fresh. The staff is just lovely. Very open, pleasant, smiling staff, both at the reception and at the cleaning. We are very satisfied. The hotel has its own spa complex - swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi. Tennis court and gym. It can be seen that in the tenth years the hotel was simply top for its time. It's just a very cozy, clean and comfortable little hotel right now. You can rent a sauna for the evening . When staying, an hour in the pool in the morning is included in the price, which made us very happy and invigorated in the morning. The only thing we asked for was waterfalls and a massage in the pool, and they told us that the cost was 100 rubles per hour. We were shocked and never found out if it was a joke or not. In any case, regardless of the little things, we are sure that we will stop here again next time.

There is an elevator, although the building is 3 storeys high. You can additionally purchase breakfast (from 7-15 to 11 on weekdays), as well as lunch and dinner. In the economy room: TV (more than 40 channels), air conditioning, kettle, cutlery and can opener, shampoo-gel soap, towels (in the pool, go with towels from the room), water carafe, refrigerator. What are the disadvantages: there is no drinking water in the room; there are no tea/coffee bags; you need to ask for a hairdryer at the reception; I had breakfast for 2 days in a row - satisfying, but absolutely the same; stairs at the entrance without a ramp for suitcases (no one helps to carry them); in the pool, the clock is only in the locker room, but I would like to control the time during swimming. I didn't like the shower the most-it's a shower stall designed for very thin and short people, with a high threshold, the watering can holder dangled on one screw. Overall, I liked the hotel, next time I will test a higher class room)).

And this is a big disadvantage for the manager, for which you need to fire him and the maids. I'll explain why: the ventilation grilles are clogged with dust, it's just disgusting, there were cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. In the shower stall, there are no seals on the doors from below, as a result, after taking a shower, a large lake forms around it, no matter how hard you try not to pour water on the door. Here, in the bathroom, there is not enough shelf, there is no place to put clothes, well, or hooks need to be added. Basic things that spoil the experience. Replace the manager with a competent, competent person in such matters and you will be fine. I also forgot to write about breakfast, they give you no choice, what to eat is what you will eat!) I hope my review will be useful and it will be accepted as an instruction for the right actions)

The rooms have a very interesting interior design, for example, a transparent shower cabin right next to the bed! There is air conditioning and a mini fridge, so there will be a zero hood in the summer. I also liked the breakfast very much - it was very varied and delicious. The price of the standard room is 90 bel.rubles, tomorrow is included. In the corridor on the restaurant there are many photos of famous actors and stars of the Russian Federation with local hotel staff, it's interesting! I found only one negative - the noise isolation between the rooms is bad, I could hear the neighbor's conversation on the phone well! In any case, this is one of the best hotels for a relaxing holiday!

In general, the impressions are wonderful, I recommend a good rest for body and soul. One of the disadvantages, as for me personally, is the lack of closed shower stalls and there is no rack or holder for rain. There is also a camera, but only indoors with a swimming pool, so you can't swim naked in the pool.

We stayed for 2 nights, booked a single room and a suite double for 3 people. The hotel is located in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the main street of the city, and 30 minutes walk to the center. The territory is well-groomed, beautiful, the administrators are very friendly - they told and showed everything, the settlement is fast. Incredibly delicious and hearty continental breakfasts (coffee or tea, a plate with sliced sandwiches, scrambled eggs with meat and salad and dessert). A very cool pool, which you need to sign up for, the visit time is 1 hour, and there is no one else in the pool at this hour. The rooms have a smart TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, cleaning every day. Shower gel and shampoo are in small bags, so it's better to take them with you, especially if you have long hair and wash often :) The single room is cozy, but due to the fact that the shower is located directly in the room (the door is only to the toilet), there may not be a very pleasant smell from the riser. I want to ventilate and refresh the room a little, but there are no screens on the windows, so insects can fly in. The suite double suite is beyond praise - a bedroom with a door, a large bathroom and a living room with a sofa and armchairs, tables, bathrobes, 2 air conditioners - in the bedroom and in the living room. It's very comfortable to live, but I also want to ventilate :) In general, we are very satisfied with the stay, many thanks to the service staff, we will definitely return again

The economy room is quite decent, there is everything you need: soap accessories, refrigerator, air conditioning, etc. The hotel has a good continental breakfast: scrambled eggs with bacon, a couple of slices of sliced, delicious pancakes with berries and coffee. Of the cons: there was actually no hot water on the 3rd floor, which is strange for a complex with a swimming pool, well, not a word about the pool itself at the reception.

I have been choosing a hotel in Gomel for a long time. The prestige turned out to be one of the best. There is a swimming pool, a large courtyard with decent landscaping. I liked the interior of the rooms. My wife and I had a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Free secure parking for cars. The staff was polite, they were processed quickly and offered to pay before eviction. This is convenient, as we ordered dinner at the hotel cafe in the evenings. There was no need to go anywhere to look for a place to eat. This is especially convenient when checking in, when you are tired after the road. The breakfasts are included, delicious. They are served quickly. I didn't like only a few things: bread for breakfast was given one piece at a time, and once very small; there were no disposable slippers and dental supplies in the junior suite, I had to go to the store to buy; the light in the bathroom is very dim, and the room is cold white, very bright; there is no shelf near the washbasin and in the shower stall. It's very inconvenient. And finally, for three nights I still couldn't get a good night's sleep because of a very uncomfortable pillow. And once at 02.30 in the morning, my wife and I were woken up by the loud voices of some drunken company. I had to go out on the balcony and make a remark to them. I think that the hotel staff should keep an eye on this. By the way, the location of the hotel is very good in the city.

Of the advantages, a good bathroom, but the sewer stinks from the drain hole in the floor, good and comfortable mattresses, but the splashing of rain did not allow them to be fully appreciated, a good breakfast, polite staff. The price - quality does not match.
