Great experience at Café Prepa (Tumanyan 21)! I really enjoyed my visit — the atmosphere was cozy, the food was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was excellent. Special thanks to Elen — she was very kind, attentive, and professional. Her service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

The staff are not friendly and are very inadequate in simple service. They give yo uh paper cup and when you ask for a normal cup for the coffee they say they dont have. But eventually they have after a small argument. Half the menu is not available. Also there is literally no service they just don't want to work. They sit on their phones. Fresh orange juice 2 days old.

Unfortunately, I can't help but single out the tasteless coffee from the cons. I ordered a flat white-it's terribly bitter. To my comment that it was bitter, the staff replied: "Well, yes, you didn't ask for syrup. You know, coffee should be bitter." It was unpleasant. My favorite is a trifle with colorful sprinkles like the classic birthday cake. I've been to several of the chain's establishments and it's equally pleasant and delicious everywhere.

Previously, we ordered breakfast from this establishment with delivery and there were no problems, so we decided to try to go have breakfast on the veranda in the morning) But alas. We had a French breakfast and brioche with salmon. There was a micro piece of salmon in the brioche (they didn't take pictures because they didn't expect it to continue). In the French breakfast there is an incomprehensible piece of chicken (according to the menu it should not have been there), a plate with a deep chip and a hair in the salad. They asked me to redo it. We returned our bitten-off dish, just shifted it to another plate (also with chips), and just changed the salad. There is no desire to eat such a thing.

Everything is fine, delicious coffee, food. But the impression was greatly spoiled by the cook: she was sitting on the veranda, so he went out to smoke 6 times in an hour, smoked right at the door (respectively, next to the tables), all the smoke flew at those sitting on the veranda. Poisoning yourself is your choice, but poisoning others is no longer the norm. He also smoked every cigarette so greedily, as if he was going to run away. And after smoking, I didn't even bother to put it out, I just put it in an ashtray on the trash can and it smoked for another 5 minutes! I came home with the smell of cigarettes in my hair and on my clothes. I do not advise non-smokers, unless you want to become a smoker overnight!

I have breakfast here once a week. The coffee is delicious, the croissants are good, the English breakfast is wonderful. There are a lot of people even on a Saturday morning, but you don't have to do it once.
