A decent room for a small town. All necessary equipment is available, there is enough free space. I would like to note that I was really surprised and for whom (minus or a question about improving conditions), since I visited many gyms in Minsk, that there are no lockers in the locker rooms - there are just hooks on which you hang your bag, clothes, etc.
