Today we placed an order for pizza, which in the end was never seen. We waited exactly 2 hours for the delivery. Half an hour before the deadline, when we called to clarify where our order was, we were told that it was ready, waiting for the courier and was about to be with us. This information, as it turned out later, was outright disinformation. When the courier did not show up, and we called back, the manager gave a stunning answer in its absurdity: it turns out that the employees "worked hard", they simply forgot about the order, and they can deliver it... only in the morning. Sorry, but we ordered dinner for the evening, not breakfast for the next day. As a result, the order had to be cancelled. This is not just unprofessionalism, it is an absolute disrespect for the customer, his time and plans, compounded by deliberate lies about the status of the order. Everyone makes mistakes, but marinating people by waiting two hours and then cheating on the phone is the height of carelessness and unacceptable attitude.
