When the second window finally started working, the man quite adequately asked the question, why such a mess!?..To which he received a rude response from a blonde woman in glasses, who just got into an argument with him.After he left, she started making claims to the next man, why didn't he stand up for her and explain to the previous one that it was their norm to wait so long and people stayed with them for 4 hours!! That is, is this the norm??? For their own money? Where and by whom is this norm prescribed, and when will they start checking and punishing for such behavior? Judging by the defiant behavior of the staff, they feel complete impunity. In my queue just for the ticket, I sat for 1.5 hours to see one doctor. I never got through it, because there was a technical break for another half hour.
