Lightning fast and very high quality service. Once the customs made a mistake, included delivery in the parcel price and calculated the tax for the final amount, so the operator, on her own initiative, figured out the situation, issued the necessary documents and obtained tax cancellation from the tax service. I would really like our mail to work with such professionalism!

I've sent emails 2 times. The operators are friendly. There are Russian speakers. They also speak excellent English. Everything is fast and clear. There is no queue. I recommend.

The manager was very impolite and dissatisfied with something, and the feeling of receiving the parcel was as unpleasant as possible, as if I were asking her to borrow money.
