I do not recommend this company!!! We requested 2 IP4126 chopping hammers by bank transfer. After invoicing, the manager is Sergey Ga....and he called me like a phone call...and to find out the decision on the invoice - as a result, they paid, ordered, and the supplier just threw, almost 2 months of waiting. When the delivery date came, they called every day and asked for the delivery date.: There's only a 3-4 day delay - wait, we have another car being formed. Communication with the manager is such that every time you call and he, as if he had never communicated with you, begins to clarify again what kind of product, invoice, etc. Apparently, the motivation of managers in this company is only to receive prepayment from customers. Another fact is that for all the time of communication with this company, the manager has never called back to tell us what our product is in the world. ROP (Anastasia) is just as irresponsible in this company - she promised to try to resolve the issue and call back - of course she didn't call back until they dialed her. Naturally, they couldn't deliver the goods! We are contacting this company for the first and last time. And as a fact, the goods we ordered are still available on their website and are available for order, although, according to the ROP, their company in the Russian Federation was liquidated through which they imported the goods and they no longer work with this plant...
