if you've never had vietnamese food, you might like it — my friends liked the pho bo, but i have had authentic vietnamese food before, and i know that beef pho *isn't supposed to taste like mushrooms*. don't get their spring rolls — instead of 40-50% rice vermicelli by volume, it was straight up 80-90%. that's an unacceptable ratio

Great location. A confident and clear menu. I was bribed by the cleanliness of the corner. Very cool pho bo! It feels like the broth has been cooking for a long time. The taste is mega balanced. There is a lot of meat. The greens are served fresh (I advise you to throw everything into the soup and squeeze the lime). There are additional sauces for spice and spice additions. But you can do it without them! The perfect pho! Thank you. I'll come back to try something else. 800 ml of soup is cool to eat for wonderful walks around Tbilisi!
