But coincidentally, I ordered a fresh salad from the lunch menu: the service is restaurant-style, everything is aesthetically pleasing and delicious and at a price no more than for buns. The coffee was velvety and strong, the service was fast, and the halls were not fully filled, but it was lunchtime.

It was the second time in Minsk and the second time I went to this cafe. Everything is very tasty, the atmosphere is pleasant. The pastries are their own, croissants and other buns are baked right there, the flavors are amazing. There is a lunch menu with affordable prices and a main menu with more expensive dishes. Nice breakfast in a nice place ;) This was the first place we visited on our mini-trip: St. Petersburg -> Minsk. Employees greet and say goodbye in French, which already sets a special atmosphere. We went in at about 11 a.m. on Monday - there were a lot of people, almost a full landing. The food was cooked for ~ 15 minutes, which was fast enough with this landing. The only thing is, the portions are very small, compared to other establishments in Minsk - but the prices are not too high. It was delicious for us! I recommend this place.

In general, I recommend giving waiters in establishments clear wishes for the order: they are usually fulfilled, and there will be fewer unjustified expectations. If you have breakfast without bothering, then there is not much choice in the area. Everyone is open from 11:00 or later. And then there are desserts and hot dishes. The waiters and the receptionist are pleasant and helpful. But it won't work any other way with me, because I'm very pretty, sociable and attractive. There are no questions about the main dishes at PAUL: there are no complaints about the Caesar with shrimp, it is very tasty, and the tea is standard and good. The service is fast, the waiter is pleasant and helpful. But the Pavlova dessert was absolutely disappointing . The meringue itself is not bad in texture, not overdried, but the cat didn't cry enough berries on top — literally ONE thing for the look, along with half (!) of raspberries. There's nothing inside the cream at all, no coolies or toppings. Without berry sourness, the dessert turns out to be too cloying. For a cafe (bakery) of this level, this is a very weak balance of taste.

Coffee with nut syrup arrived, and the chaussin turned out to be very dry (it looks like yesterday's pastries). On the second visit, we ordered pasta with shrimps, and as a result, we received boiled pasta well flavored with butter and shrimps. It looked very different from what is presented on the website. And the waiters' question is "did you like everything?" the duty officer, because the only response to our comments was "have a nice day."

Unfortunately, none of the three available waiters standing near the station could take our order. After that, a young man approached, who apparently got rid of his colleagues at the station. The visit was further marred by cold coffee. We ordered maccachino and flat. Moccachino still looked decent, which you can't say about flat, who had already died even by sight. Immediately, the waiter was informed about this and asked to be replaced, since the coffee was brought that way, and it did not get cold on our table. Later, after hearing the sound of the steamer and seeing the displeased face, the barista realized that our coffee was just warming up. You can see from the photo what kind of liquid they brought us. In general, there are no questions about the dishes and desserts, which cannot be said about the staff. It felt like we came to their house uninvited, rather than stopping by to eat and have a good time.

Chairs on the street that come out from under umbrellas in some places are covered in bird droppings, it's not that pleasant to sit. Calling another waitress, we clarified the order and only after clarifying, after another 7 minutes, coffee was brought. 5 minutes later, they brought one of the ordered sandwiches and said that there would be no second one, since there was no bun, and there was also no tartlet.…It would seem that having found out about this immediately after ordering, we would not have to wait for one coffee for 20 minutes, but it felt like the order was handed over only after our request to find out where the food was. The French were sitting at the next table and chattering incessantly, but it was even nice. I really liked the dishes and the atmosphere in general. We ordered pasta, chicken soup, warm salad, eclairs. Delicious, but not perfect. The soup is a little bland, the salad is a little spicy. Later we went to buy pastries on the road, 50 percent discount in the evening. The eclairs were delicious again, but I didn't like the brioche with poppy seeds at all. Rancid taste of butter or poppy seeds. It's not airy or sweet at all, as it should be. I got a dry bitter bun for a lot of money.

Then she came over, saying that we were distracting her and raising her voice at her!!!! This surprised me, they didn't know that calling the waiter meant "raising" their voice. On my only morning in Minsk, I decided to have breakfast at the Paul restaurant, a chain that I love very much and, unfortunately, left Russia. First, it caught my eye that everything in the window was kind of stale and unappetizing. When I said I wanted to sit down, they "forbade" me to place an order at the checkout and told me to wait for the waitress. I waited for the menu for 10 minutes, she didn't come up (the waitress was alone in 2 halls, and there was almost a full board in my hall. I didn't wait for the menu, and with a dissatisfied face, I finally received my coffee from the vending machine and a rubber baguette with a minimum amount of filling at the checkout. Thank you, it was a very French, very sophisticated breakfast.

Now, not only is there no trace of the butter left, but all the pastries are stale. There are also questions for the staff - they are forgetful, unfriendly, the tables are all dirty (you need to ask separately to wipe). Well, the prices for food of such low quality are too high.
