Nevertheless, the haircut took place in an ordinary chair. I added a star only for a pleasant master. A very unpleasant aftertaste after visiting this institution.

The master managed to be rude to us from time to time with her phrases. The question for the salon is, what kind of training (psychological) did the master undergo, do you position yourself as a salon that will find an approach to any child (and my child is ordinary, without features, who is just afraid)?! And secondly, should I check for myself every time, which master you gave us by a badge, expressing lack of trust from the doorstep?! It would be another matter if the administrator had warned about the change of the master.

It was done quickly, not perfectly smoothly, but it depends on the perseverance of the child. I didn't cry, I started to worry when we were done. The hairdresser is attentive, does not babble and calms the child, but does his job. Well done. I am satisfied with the result. They gave recommendations on milk crusts. Before leaving, the administrator handed a gift to the child. The impression was spoiled by the administrator himself - he tolerates kindergarten-age clients who leave for more than 1 minute through his teeth. I want more understanding and not to "click" behind my back, because it is declared as a children's hairdresser-we must be ready for such clients.

Until today, we had already made a ladder at the ends: it was overgrown and we just had to refresh it. In response, the administrator offered only to re-sign up for another day and to another master. And the fact that we came here and wasted our time is nothing, of course. This is the first time I've heard that a haircut master doesn't know how to make a ladder. That's all there is to this place.
