The hotel has its own mineral water source. A good breakfast. There is a private spa with a swimming pool. It is located a little away from the main springs in 15-20 minutes on foot. For those who find it difficult to walk from the hotel, there is a bus route. Treatment is at a good level, after which there is an improvement in the digestive tract, skin and sleep.

A great place in the park area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cozy and good, the food is excellent. But the tea in the evening is only made of titanium, already brewed, as in the old Soviet times. Before the sources It's a long way off, but it's even good - daily cardio 3 times a day in the fresh air. The hotel has its own warm spring, so you can drink mineral water on the spot without leaving the building. During the day you can also enjoy the SPA area - swimming pool, 7 different saunas, Jacuzzi....and many other pleasant little things. I advise you to visit, get a pleasant impression from both treatment and rest.

The location is very convenient, on a plain, surrounded by mountains, quiet, no fuss. The food is good, there are a lot of meat and fish dishes, wonderful cheeses, sausages and biscuits. The treatment is normal, but without enthusiasm. The staff is good-natured, cleaning every day but without fanaticism for 5 minutes per room no more. We rested at this hotel 3 times out of 10 in Karlovy Vary, in terms of acceptable price-quality ratio, we still like it the most. I recommend it to lovers of peace and quiet on vacation.

A beautiful place, near a park. But the room is cleaned only with a vacuum cleaner, the floors are not washed at all. The bed is changed 1 time in 3 days upon request. Boring. Some pensioners. And the most unpleasant thing is that one day a huge bug was found in the room. Everyone is poisoned by the Karlovy Vary water. I do not recommend the hotel. The food is like in a Soviet canteen, impolite waiters and cooks. Overpayment for medical procedures. They are terrible both in time and quality. Russians are very disliked there and openly demonstrate this.

She was treated twice in Richmond.The sanatorium is a palace!!! Pani Kvetna liked the doctor very much. Treatment, accommodation, meals and spa are at the highest level. Kamila is a great massage therapist! I would like to return, but alas and ah!!!

Nice hotel, 30 minutes walk to the colonnades. Probably the only hotel with a beautiful park. The hotel requires cosmetic repairs. The hotel has good doctors and staff.
