Of course, you can not do this, given the level of comfort in the Park Inn, but I thought it would be somehow rude on my part. The windows are panoramic and the small battery at the bottom does not heat the room. The halls are clean, there are chairs, you can sit and talk business. The rooms have very good audibility, especially if the neighbor is noisy, the sound spreads along the windows, because they are made solid in all rooms. The buffet breakfast is very good and varied. In general, the food in the restaurant downstairs is delicious and the price tag is average, we ate exclusively at the hotel. Parking at the hotel is large, there are plenty of places, free of charge. In general, the feelings remained positive from the visit, but there is something to work on.

I put 3*, primarily because for 9200 rubles. for a 2-bed standard room, I expected to see at least a refrigerator in the room, 2 hygiene kits, not 1, and bathrobes, as it were.... The room itself is clean, the bed is beautiful and snow-white. The water is hot with good pressure (but we were only there for a day). For early check-in 4 hours earlier, request 5700!!!which is more than half the cost... It is clear that people from the night road will agree... This is some kind of profit on fatigue. No one is interested in the fact that the departure is early... Breakfast is normal, there is a choice, although instant porridge, rice porridge is similar in consistency to semolina, perhaps warmed up on the second day. Healthy food is out of the question. In short, it seems like a lot, but the quality is so-so. In general, the price for all this is a crown, well, 7500 for 2x. Not 9200, and certainly not 15,000!!! The hotel itself is already very shabby. I understand that there are other priorities, but take the money accordingly... This is my controversial review. In fact, there is a hot shower, good coffee for breakfast and a comfortable reading bed. All.

In general, Park Inn Donetsk offers accommodation on the level of other hotels of the same class in the Russian Federation, providing a standard set of amenities, including slippers, a toothbrush and water, and also has a large parking lot. The facade of the hotel has been repaired, although signs of damage may still be visible. The main disadvantage, in my opinion, is related to the staff, who, due to increased demand, are beginning to suffer from "star disease". Their training needs to be improved and, most importantly, their customer orientation needs to be improved. This applies to both ordinary staff and management. There are already other hotels in Donetsk that are no worse than the class. And then there will be even more of them. Breakfast is also a weak point at the Park Inn: the cafe is often crowded (I personally feel uncomfortable sitting at the same table with strangers), and having only one coffee machine creates inconveniences for guests.
