It's a pity you can't put 0 stars. I opened the card just in case for payments abroad. The first time I filled up my card to buy a plane ticket, the card was immediately blocked. I had a flight at 6 a.m., I filled up my card in the evening and it was blocked. They said they would contact you only in the afternoon. No one cares about my explanations and problems. They just blocked the card right away for no reason, and they charged 200 boons for opening it. Later, as it turned out, this card cannot be replenished from Russia. I found myself without money and a ticket, with a useless card. I wish the son of a dog who blocks cards at night and gets in touch with unblocking the next day to find himself in a situation 10 times worse than mine. I do not recommend opening a card here in any case, especially for non-residents.
