Dog - friendly!!! There are almost no places in Pinsk where you can come with a dog and have breakfast. It took a long time to prepare, but they warned about it. The coffee is great! All the cheesecakes are made with rice flour, gluten-free. That's great, but you're the only one who's found it! It would be great to see a complete absence or replacement of sugar with stevia/ erythritol, etc. Cheesecakes: generally not bad, not the most delicious that we tried in Belarus, but decent. The syrniki with herbs from suluguni were severely lacking in salt. It doesn't seem to have been added at all. The establishment is located in the central part of the city, in a pedestrian zone. I gave it a score of four, maybe I won't be so objective, because we didn't get to have breakfast in this place. Nevertheless, I want to share some impressions about such a short visit to this coffee shop. On the morning of the opening, our family was already on the doorstep of this institution. The only employee (at least we didn't see anyone else) looked at us over her shoulder, since she (the employee) was at the bar with her back to the entrance, and answered our question: "Can we have breakfast?" With just a nod of her head, it should be understood that she considered her mission to welcome guests/visitors accomplished. We took an empty table and sat for 5 minutes waiting for the menu. There were no other customers besides us, and there was also no waiter, she disappeared into the back room. After these 5 minutes, the waiter appeared at the bar with the clear intention of staying there... I went up to the bar and asked for a menu to review and was amazed by the offer that was made to me. I was asked to familiarize myself with the menu, which was made in one copy (according to the same waiter), right at the bar. That's all, that was the last thing I decided to write about this institution. P.S. At the very beginning, I wrote that maybe my assessment was very subjective and we were just unlucky. But our opinion is unequivocal - if you are in a bad mood (I mean the waiter), but you work in the service sector, leave your bad mood out of the door...

Excellent service, very pleasant staff. Especially the dark guy, the barista, is very nice and polite. I ordered a cold latte and takeaway on 09/18/2025. When the drink was made, I saw that it came with syrup. Since I don't drink sugary drinks, I asked to redo it by removing the syrup and said I would pay for another drink. But the barista said that there was no need to pay extra and redid the cold latte, removing the syrup. Thank you very much I'll come again more than once!

It is important that the original brickwork is preserved - it adds authenticity and uniqueness to this particular cafe. A large bookcase successfully harmonizes with upholstered chairs and sofas. Everything is designed in calm and stylish colors, there are no flashy signs, inscriptions or colors. For fans of green spaces, there are large plants at the entrance and near the windows, which successfully complete the entire composition. The toilet is an equally essential space. It has everything that a visitor needs: hot water (unlike the neighboring Momo burger), a urinal, toilet seat pads, soap, antiseptic, paper towels - what else is needed for maximum comfort? Important note: always clean. I never remember that even in the most inclement weather conditions there were traces of anyone's presence. 10/10, in a word. Keep it up !
