On a trip to Belarus, we tried draniki in every city, but everything pales before the draniki from this spiritual place! These are probably the best draniki I've tried in my life! The main point of any dranik is the freshness of the products and the dranik mixture, the speed of cooking and, of course, the hands of the master. Everything is perfect in Dad's dranik! Incredibly crispy, delicious and most importantly hot dad's dranik with meat for 800 grams)) Simple sour cream pancakes are also delicious, tender, and crunchy!!! Gastronomic orgasm is guaranteed!) My woman agrees with every word.I wish prosperity to the Gorchakov family!!! (The hosts ask you to call to inform them about the desire to eat draniki in advance, since this is not a cafe, but a guest house and everything will be prepared for you)

We have just returned from a trip to Belarus — and we are still impressed by the Dad's Dranik farmstead! We were driving from Brest to Minsk along the M1 highway, we just wanted to have a snack at some roadside cafe... but in the end we found a real gastronomic treasure! To be honest, we didn't even expect such a warm welcome. The hosts are people with a huge soul: they greeted us as if we were old friends, told us everything, helped with the choice. We found out that you usually have to book places here in advance — there are so many people who want to! And we were incredibly lucky: there was no one there at that moment, and they were happy to find an opportunity to cook for us. We settled down on the cozy veranda near the guest house — the atmosphere is simply magical: fresh air, silence, beauty around ... And now the order arrives… Here we were just speechless! One serving of draniki is, it seems, at least for two adults! Huge, mouth—watering, with a perfect crust - a real feast of taste. Now it's clear why the estate is so popular with the locals! I would like to mention the prices separately — they were pleasantly surprised. This combination of taste, portion size, and cost is very rare. Papa's Dranik is not just a place to eat, it's about sincerity, comfort and true love for your business. If we take the M1 again, we won't even think about where to stop: just here! We wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers — you won't regret it!

The place is very decent. Very nice hosts. Perhaps the best draniki in Belarus. The business is small and family-run. This is not a cafe, but a guest house where you can be fed. This is how it is convenient for the owners to regulate the documentation of their business. I will definitely come back, the main thing is to call in advance. All the inconveniences can be forgiven for the fresh and natural taste of their food.
