The cuisine in this establishment is beyond praise! All the dishes are perfectly balanced in taste and consistency, the soup was especially impressive. A huge flatbread with suluguni from the oven for 4 rubles is just a godsend. We also tried dranikoburger (27 rubles) and natural fruit drink (3 rubles). Everything is very tasty and at pleasant prices.However, the overall impression was spoiled by the service and the condition of the hall. The waiters behave indifferently, and the man who served us today was openly rude. The tables are sticky, the hall is dirty, and there is an unpleasant smell in the toilet. It is a pity that with such a beautiful kitchen, cleanliness and service culture are so badly lacking.

It's just amazing. And this is at modest prices and fairly large portions. We sincerely recommend it! The restaurant needs to do a photo shoot and create a new, stylish menu with mouth-watering photos of all the dishes so that the picture matches the content.

We had lunch, during a trip to Minsk, at the Pansky dranik. We really liked the dishes, we had chicken breast with vegetables and salad with shrimp. Everything was very tasty, oddly enough, as these dishes are served almost everywhere, but to be soooo delicious is a rarity. The salad was excellent, everything went together. And the breast is juicy and soft. Thanks to the chefs. They greeted us kindly, the waiters were polite, helpful and "inconspicuous." Thanks a lot to the institution. The atmosphere was New Year's Eve, the hall was decorated stylishly and very beautifully. There was a good red wine in the assortment.

We were on our way from the castles to Minsk in the evening (06/10/26), we stopped here for dinner at 19:50. Minuses: 1) we waited for our dishes for more than an hour with the hall almost empty. We had to get up ourselves and go to the bar to place an order, find out where our food was, and they didn't even come to us for money))) We had to go to the waiter ourselves, but suddenly the girl came out of the kitchen and saw us. 3) We had no luck with the food. There was a lot of oil and the feeling that the oil was no longer the first freshness, apparently they did not bother in the evening. As a result, I started having heartburn and stomach cramps the night after the witches, thank God that I didn't have diarrhea. My husband felt sick to his stomach after the drinks, too. 4) Very loud music 5) no one wiped the table before us, sticky spots, napkins were lying under our feet (well, this is trash for catering) 6) there was no toilet paper in the toilet Positive: 1) it was a delicious borscht 2) more or less adequate price and large portions of dishes.
