We were in the beautiful city of Minsk, on April 18 we decided to have a delicious dinner and found this wonderful place according to the rating. And it was convenient geographically. We were sitting at table number 8, I don't remember the waitress's name, but we really liked her, knew the menu, and advised us what was best to choose. We took 2 soups, 2 types of Draniki, ribs, tea, fruit drinks. We paid 100 local rubles. Special thanks to the chef for the ribs, they are not bones with a small amount of meat, but full-fledged, with fat and meat. But in the photo they somehow look smaller. We visited the restaurant "Pansky Dranik" on Volodarsky Street, then we had lunch there all the time we were in Minsk. Everything was delicious, we tried many dishes, there are no complaints. There were always a lot of people, which indicates the good quality of food and service. We were serviced quickly, and there were minor delays only when boarding, but this did not limit us. there are drying machines on the tables, delicious and free at the same time. We ate a Zbynicki Dranik, it's good that the waiter warned about its large size, it was just enough for two. The soups are excellent, zhurek and solyanka are a big plus. Draniki with sour cream, draniki with mushrooms, draniki with ears for 5+. The "Machanka with draniki" didn't go in a bit, the taste is too unusual for us. The dark, unfiltered Alivaria beer is just great. The salads are good.The prices are affordable, we looked at the menu in similar cafes and restaurants in the center of Minsk, near Victory Square, where the cost of the same dishes is much higher. A small, cozy place. There is an outdoor veranda outside. Convenient location, 15-20 minutes walk from the railway station. We tried almost all the menus, from soups to desserts. This is the best restaurant we visited in Minsk. The vaunted Cornflowers are not the same at all, just the most advertised and massive catering network. Firstly, it is located across the street from the apartment where we lived, but this is not the main advantage) the menu is extensive, the portions are decent, the prices are very reasonable, the interior is pleasant, the service is excellent. The restaurant is located around the corner from the central avenue, i.e. the center, but not in plain sight. It's not the most popular tourist destination, maybe that's why the overall impression didn't work out. The waitress answered questions honestly and warned about the strength of the tinctures (and yes, we ordered them ourselves), but we couldn't finish them (!). The cuisine is high-quality, the menu is decent, there is plenty to choose from, but everything is decorated quite restrainedly. The service is fast, the residents of the city come here, the tourists, we were alone.

We visited this institution on July 31, 2026. The cuisine is just terrible: borscht without meat at all, beetroot is normal. We ordered the ribs. We waited for 40 minutes (the restaurant was half empty). They just brought lumps of fat!! It's not ribs, it's a fattening brisket. It turns out that already at the level of buying ingredients, the establishment saves money, but the cook does not see what is cooking and from what. After our claim, they agreed with us and this dish was not included in the bill. But the evening was ruined. So I do not recommend the cuisine of this restaurant.,

The prices are excellent, and for similar establishments in the center of Minsk they are unsurpassed. I have a lot of respect for our Cornflowers. But when I am in the city center, my personal choice will be solely in favor of the Pan-Russian Dranik. The staff is friendly, not intrusive. The cooking time for hot dishes is standard. But they don't slow down exactly. If you need advice in choosing, they will approach you with understanding, patience and professionalism. The visit can be planned in advance by phone. A place without music. It works until 00 (this is a minus for the institution, in my opinion. Especially on Friday and Saturday. I had to look for a place to hold the banquet)))).

It can take up to an hour to prepare large meals, and we need to plan for it, but we managed to get everything in 30 minutes. We ordered 2 dishes and drinks, did not ask to bring drinks immediately or with food, eventually brought drinks, and later 2 dishes were not available. I had to cancel the entire order and pay only for the drinks. There was no tartare and a salad of warm beef, how did the waiter not immediately know that these dishes were on the stop list?? Especially since it's Friday, 6 p.m. and there are no such dishes.… After they asked for an invoice, they didn't even ask for a card or cash, so they had to wait until they arrived at the terrace to ask for a terminal. The restaurant is 100/100, the waiter is 0/100. I had to go to another place.
