I recently stayed at Panorama Orbis Apart Hotel in Batumi and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—modern furniture, a fully functional kitchen, and a cozy bed. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which will be a big plus in the summer heat.

Panorama Restaurant offers one of the most impressive dining experiences in Batumi. The view from the 32nd floor is absolutely breathtaking and is undoubtedly one of the restaurant’s biggest highlights. The food was exceptional. Every dish we ordered was delicious, well prepared, and beautifully presented. If you’re expecting a true five-star level of service, I would recommend keeping your expectations realistic, as the service doesn’t quite match the spectacular setting and quality of the food. That being said, the combination of outstanding cuisine and incredible panoramic views makes this restaurant well worth visiting. Overall, I would definitely recommend Panorama Restaurant to anyone visiting Batumi. It’s a place that should be on your list if you want to enjoy a memorable dining experience with one of the best views in the city.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday, but it turned out to be the worst experience ever. The hostesses and waiter were incredibly rude, and the issues started right from the reservation process and continued through to the poor table service. Unfortunately, not even the beautiful views could make up for the unprofessional and disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We visited the restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The view and atmosphere here really encourage a leisurely dinner: soft light, cozy interior and the feeling that you are outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Separately, I would like to highlight the serving of drinks — that very recognizable glass with an orange cocktail immediately sets you up. The menu successfully combines familiar positions and interesting author's solutions. We tried the salad with fried eggplant — it turned out to be very harmonious: eggplant with a pleasant smoky note, fresh tomatoes, herbs, pieces of cheese and a light nutty sprinkle. The burger was pleased with its juiciness and balanced taste — the cutlet is fried properly, the vegetables are fresh, and the sauce does not interrupt the rest of the ingredients. Squid was taken from the hot one: they were not overcooked, they retained their texture, and the spicy herbs and garlic added expressiveness to the dish. The wine and cocktail menu was pleasantly surprised by the variety — they selected a drink that perfectly complemented the dinner. The service is at a good level: the waiters are attentive, but not intrusive, they talk about the dishes on the case, without excess water. It is better to book a table in advance — the place is popular, and there are almost no empty seats in the evening. We definitely recommend this restaurant for a cozy dinner or meeting with friends. We give you a confident 5 stars!

We arrived without reservation in the afternoon, sat down at a table with a beautiful view, the staff is very polite, speaks Russian. The waiter, Luca, is incredibly friendly and carried our one-year-old daughter in his arms so we could eat. The menu is varied, the khinkali is especially awesome, they recommended delicious wine to us, the dishes were waiting with my daughter in the playroom, and then we were invited back to the gym - very convenient! We were in a restaurant with a veranda on the 32nd floor. A cool place with a gorgeous view of the sunset and the night city. Delicious khinkali with meat and salad with crispy eggplant. They gave me a discount for my birthday and gave me a huge piece of cake. Friendly service, Russian-speaking staff, you can book a table in advance. One of the best places for a romantic dinner in Batumi.

We were here on May 20th. The restaurant is located on 31.32 floors, and on Tuesdays, OUT of season, there is a special offer for a women's company, a 50% discount on a certain menu. The restaurant is gorgeous, the view is very beautiful, the dishes are very very tasty. On this day, I accidentally got to a local birthday party, where a Georgian dance group performed for the guests, live music - guitar songs. We were celebrating a bachelorette party in Batumi and decided to visit the Panorama restaurant — and we didn't regret a bit! This place really lives up to its name: the panoramic view from the 31st floor of the sea and the city is breathtaking, especially at sunset. But the main thing that made our evening truly magical was the service. Special and huge thanks to our waiter Alexander! Professional in his field: very attentive, polite and at the same time unobtrusive. Alexander helped us with the choice of dishes, recommended excellent Georgian wine, and everything we ordered (khachapuri and khinkali were simply great) was served quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere, cuisine and service are top notch. Many thanks to Alexander for his care and sincerity. We will definitely return to Panorama and recommend this restaurant to all our friends!

The place captivated me from the very sunset. The corridor of artificial greenery is incredibly beautiful! The restaurant has an incredibly pleasant atmosphere — cozy semi-darkness, stylish evening lighting and panoramic windows with wonderful views of the city. I would especially like to mention the delicious sushi — fresh, with perfectly balanced flavors and beautiful serving. They also brought a compliment from the restaurant - a very tasty salad and drinks. On the plus side: the establishment is open until 2:00 a.m., when everyone else in the area closes much earlier. The evening atmosphere is complemented by a talented DJ girl who plays great music, creating a light and relaxed mood. An unexpected bonus was the smoking room on the roof: even if you don't smoke, I advise you to go up there — an outdoor area with panoramic views, fresh air and a complete absence of the smell of tobacco. This is an ideal place for taking photos or just contemplating the evening city. The perfect place to have dinner in good company, date, or relax after a long day.

I found a place based on reviews on Yandex maps. The reviews were contradictory and dozens of them were negative, stating that the service was poor, the waiters ignored, and the dishes were cooked for a long time. Despite that, I decided to check it out. But it turned out to be just a delight! I visited this place in October 2025, I thought to come during the day or at night for beautiful views, but I timed the sunset, came before dark, I was greeted by a beautiful hostess, offered tables by the window to choose from. The waiter immediately came over, explained the difference between the wines, was very pleasant, and spoke in Russian. I ordered a glass of wine for 18 lari and khachapuri for 24. Yes, it's more expensive than in other places, but the views and surroundings decide. There is no service fee. The wine arrived immediately. While the food was cooking, I walked around the entire restaurant, took pictures, and met the sunset. When I returned (maybe 15 minutes later), my khachapuri was already ready. How delicious everything turned out to be! After the meal, I enjoyed the views again and took pictures of the night city. I didn't regret coming here at all. If I visit Batumi again, I will definitely come here again. Thank you for the service and the food!

I was impressed by the "green" entrance, the beautiful interior and the view from the windows, the waiters are polite and courteous enough. I was in a restaurant on 03.09. The restaurant is unreasonably expensive, about two or more times the average prices in Batumi. At the same time, the ordered ojahuri was served with burnt meat. I asked what kind of ojahuri it was, it was a shish kebab with potatoes, and I got the answer that this is how they cook in this restaurant. Then he asked why the meat was burnt, well, just charred. They shrugged their shoulders. Well, I think they've ruined the dish, they won't include it in the receipt. But no, everything is turned on, including the spoiled ojahuri. I didn't want to write a bad review, but after the spoiled dish was included in the receipt... They don't do that in decent restaurants. Moreover, they apologize and also present a present from the chef, but apparently they don't know this in this restaurant, which is a pity.

July 5, 2025 is one of the happiest days of my life, as I came to Batumi from Tsikhidzyri to meet with a friend. Unfortunately, I was not very hungry after breakfast at the fish market in the port, but a walk along the endless embankment, a lot of impressions from sightseeing, the joy of meeting, and the proximity to dinner left no choice - all that remained was to choose a place for dinner, relaxation, and the outcome of the day, and it was not easy. But I am grateful to heaven and my friend that it was made in favor of the Panorama restaurant. This is not a restaurant, it's a whole three-storey complex with a variety of interior and kitchen styles, but more on that later. At first there was a unique green jungle, in the thickets of this wall there are elevator buttons and the 32nd floor, if I'm not mistaken. And so we flew skyward and the whole panoramic beauty of this place opened up to us. The waiters, Georgian boys and girls, like at a casting from a modeling agency, with matching gorgeous looks, ran energetically around our table. The menu turned out to be such that I wanted everything at once. But, as I mentioned above, after breakfast at the fish market, I limited myself to chikhirtma, which my Tbilisi relatives recommended a long time ago, raspberry-pepper lemonade, as I found this combination unusual, and tortillas with herbs...And then, miraculously, the manager Anna paid attention to us, as a fairy, she gave us not only a radiant smile, a cake (that's why we added earl grey tea to the order) and wine, but also a tour of the entire three-story complex, told about the concert program. There was a concert venue on the roof with a stage under a peach sunset, where I imagined myself to be a Seagull, like the famous heroine of Chekhov's play, and my friend blessed me with several magnificent pictures a la * peach skin, peach bag under a peach sunset*. Now I have one of them on my avatar everywhere. In general, now I want to go to Batumi again and again to try all the menus, and visit all the concerts, and finish all the topics and read all my poems under the next sunset and not only sunset, in this poetic place..Thanks to the manager Anna for her hospitality, and to everyone for reading to the end...
