I ordered an item from China using this company’s ship delivery method. The package arrived at their China warehouse on 17 August 2025 and reached Armenia on 14 November 2025. Today is 11 December, and I still have not received my package. What makes this even worse is the constant false promises. Every time I contacted them, they told me “the delivery will be tomorrow,” yet nobody ever showed up and they didn’t even bother to call back to inform me about delays. No transparency, no responsibility, no basic customer service. After this experience, I honestly recommend paying a little more and choosing a company that actually delivers on time and respects its customers. This company has been extremely disappointing.

I am very disappointed with this company. I strongly do not recommend contacting them. Yes, their prices are relatively normal, but this absolutely does not justify the quality of their work. Shipments are systematically delayed — in most cases, delivery takes 3-4 times longer than the stated time frame. Moreover, there are situations when parcels are simply lost or do not reach at all. Now I have a shipment that was supposed to arrive a month ago, but so far there is no information about its location. Every time you contact support, you hear the same thing: "wait a bit more." However, the company does not assume any responsibility. Contacting them is a separate problem: either they don't answer the phone, or they give vague answers, shifting responsibility and pretending that nothing depends on them. An extremely unpunctual and unreliable company. If the timing and safety of the cargo are important to you, avoid it.

We received the goods twice. The first time there were 20 pieces of goods, 19 were issued, it remained in the application as unreleased, after an hour it was already indicated that we received the goods (how, it is not clear) . The second time there were 33 goods and again the situation was repeated , 32 goods were issued . 2 items were stolen from us. The workers shrug their hands, saying that they have given out the goods.

If I were to rate the work of this transportation company, I would give 0/10. I still haven't received the items ordered since December. I've been hearing the same promises for months: "coming soon," "at the beginning of the month," "at the end of the month," but nothing really changes. During this time, I have not seen any clear answer or responsibility. As a customer, I am very disappointed and regret that I chose this particular company. To be honest, I don't recommend that you use their services. All I hope is that my goods will finally arrive and I will never have to cooperate with this organization again.

1) My parcel from China was stored in a Chinese warehouse for exactly 28 days after delivery, and after seeing that my parcel still hadn't been shipped for 20 days, I was somehow able to contact them, why not, because their phone wasn't working or the robot was talking, making them wait 5 minutes and good luck sifting through and unplugging it, as always.my parcel is in your Chinese warehouse, I asked them to send it to globbing company so that they can deliver my goods urgently, the operator said that my parcel has already been sent, that he cannot help with anything, but it turned out that the employee deceived what they sent, but it turns out that the cheek was sent through 9 days after we talked.
