The hotel has a beautiful design, lovely landscaping, a charming small garden with a pond and fish, and a pleasant semi-open restaurant area. Our duplex room had a small but very nice balcony with an amazing view, which we truly enjoyed spending time on. Unfortunately, the room, furniture, and overall facilities are quite dated and in need of significant renovation, and we often had to ask the staff to bring basic things such as water or replace items. We were also disappointed with the hygiene and quality of the breakfast and à la carte dinner, and ended up ordering food from outside instead. Most importantly, weddings and other private events held nearby created extremely loud music from around 5 PM until 11 PM, making it difficult to rest, so although we had planned to stay for seven days, we left after three days and moved to a quieter hotel.

Nice hotel, kind and attentive staff, especially Erik. We had the 3-meal package, but on the second day realized that eating three times a day was too much for us. We asked if it was possible to cancel one meal and instead get one voucher for the spa and pool. Without any hesitation, Erik made the change, and I’m really grateful for that. Great service and delicious food. If you are planning to come, take spa voucher as well, it’s worth visiting.

Best place in Dilijan for family and friendly days, we spent a really good week in Hover. Hover has the best staff especially Gayane who is very kind and very caring for guests. Very delicious breakfasts.

Nice hotel in Dilijan. The location is not the best, you always need a car to get there. Rooms are nice, also they have a cool outside area for events.

Very disappointing experience at Hover Gardens tonight during Ruben Haghverdyan’s concert. We came as a tour group, and the host herself seated us — we didn’t choose the table. We had already ordered when a woman arrived claiming it was her reserved table. Instead of resolving it professionally, the host made us move to a worse table. No apology, no compensation. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. It ruined the whole evening.

Hotel offers a truly cozy and unique experience. I was impressed by its modern design and attention to detail, which made my stay feel comfortable. The location, nestled on a hill with stunning views of Dilijan’s forests, creates a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention for its delicious food. Breakfast was varied and fresh, which added to the overall great experience. While the property is charming, reaching it can be a little tricky, especially at night due to poorly marked roads. Additionally, the water wasn't warm enough for shower in some rooms were cold and the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable in some areas, but this didn’t affect my overall enjoyment.

I'm a little disappointed with the new building(3rd block) 😔. It's just not as comfortable as the main one. The concept was great, and I really liked the initial plans. Sadly, the final result isn't what I'd hoped for. I'm hoping they can make some improvements to make it a more welcoming space

I visited this hotel with my wife. We liked everything, the service was very pleasant, the staff was nice and courteous. We booked a room with a mountain view and a balcony. For the newlyweds (at the request of the guests), the room will be decorated with rose petals. I'll give you a solid 5 Thank you very much

A great hotel in an incredibly beautiful location! Good staff, good breakfasts. Apparently, various events can be held at the hotel (when we were there, someone probably had a European-style wedding). In general, everything is very good!

Of the advantages, if only the view As it is, the place is about nothing: the kitchen is 1 out of 10, the staff is 5 out of 10, and the fact that my sister has lost gold (70-80 grams) is generally a dump. In short, I don't recommend it at all

We stayed in September. Very friendly staff. The breakfasts are excellent, for every taste, choice - porridge, omelette, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, jams, snacks, salads, pastries, coffee, juices, tea...both children and adults - everyone is happy with whom they communicated. In the evening, there is also a place to sit - there is a chic zone with a live fire. And what sunsets ! The entrance to the hotel, especially in the dark, (we traveled by car and arrived late, by 23) is annoying, narrow streets, almost off-road, up, sharp turns, a couple of times we thought that the navigator had taken us somewhere wrong.. But the hotel itself and the staff corrected the impression of this way.. The next evening they returned calmly. By the way, in my opinion, two buildings are separate from the main building, as if in a village..The main building is fenced, there is a courtyard inside, cozy, benches..But in the dark, it's somehow not comfortable to go to these detached buildings, given that there was no lighting around when we were there.

Very friendly staff, everything else is a C. The breakfasts were rather meager, some family of a million people arrived at the weekend, all the tables in the dining room were pushed into one and sat down, typical behavior, as if there were no other people besides them. I had to have breakfast in the next room. No comments were made to the screaming children running around. The massage therapist is also a manager, and this multitasking confused me.

Good location, beautiful views from the windows. The rooms are clean, modern renovation, everything you need is there. The staff is helpful. Good breakfasts, mini khachapuri right in the heart. In general, Dilijan is super, the hotel is super.

I bought a beautiful photo and chose this hotel. What was my surprise when I saw it all live?! Imagine the outskirts of the city, there is nowhere to go for a walk. There's a forest just above, but there's trash lying around. In general, it's not a good view. Now about the hotel. The hotel has 3 buildings, not 2. They put me in the one that's not in any of the photos. The room, as the employee said, is Deluxe. But it doesn't have a refrigerator and a table! The bathroom is very small, so small that there is nowhere to put the trash can. There was a strong wind blowing out of the window at night. There is a layer of dust in the corner of the room. The towels are very stiff, obviously over-dried. One edge is torn, the other has two spots in the middle. In general, we were preparing for the arrival, especially since I booked 3 weeks in advance. There is no contact with the administrator. I stayed there for one night and moved out. Among the advantages, I would like to mention a delicious breakfast, friendly attitude of the staff. And also just a magical view of the mountains! I had a panoramic window and a balcony, so I didn't want to leave the room. So, if you make repairs, clean rooms, clear the territory, change towels, add belts to dressing gowns (!!!), then you can recommend the hotel to stay. Not yet.

We haven't been to this particular place. There are only pleasant memories of Dilijan himself. Beautiful, incredible nature, clean air, quiet evenings. But be prepared for high housing prices! The pool is a rarity! In general, we were satisfied!

Very poor cleaning, dirty stained bed, broken toilet door, not to mention that the "balcony" they promised overlooked the solar panel and parking lot. They hadn't checked in yet, they wanted us to pay, but I insisted on seeing the room again, and I was not mistaken, we left immediately
