The staff is 5 points,room cleaning is 5 points every day, there is no sound insulation for 2 points, the view from the room window is excellent, I do not recommend going to the cafe at the hotel, all the food is drowned in fat, especially the city center with normal cafes is a 15-minute walk away. To the center and to the railway station is a 15-minute walk in different directions. In general, a strong four-piece, the optimal price / quality ratio.

A comfortable and inexpensive hotel . The rooms are neat, the bed was narrow for me, but this is probably a matter of habit. Well , the bedspreads can either be removed completely , or replaced with light ones .If the windows overlook the bus stop, then it will be noisy with an open balcony.The Opera House is a 5-7-minute walk away. There is its own secured Parking.

The hotel resold our reservation to the highest bidder! In Ukraine, for the New Year 2020, they made 4 days off in a row, and there was an opportunity to celebrate the New Year in Lviv. Realizing that such an idea would come to mind not only for us, we dealt with this issue in advance. 11/14/2019 I called the hotel cisar.ua on the vul. Gorodotska, 65 and booked a room from 12/29/2019 to 01.01.2020. The manager said that the first two days will be 1300 UAH, and the day on New Year's Eve will be 1500 UAH. Total 1300+1300+1500 =4100 + breakfast for an additional fee of 100 UAH buffet. I bought round-trip tickets, refused other housing options that I was considering, and today I receive a message on Viber (I translate from Ukrainian): CISAR.UA : Good afternoon. You have booked a room with us from 29/12 - 01/01 Me: Good afternoon. Yes. The reservation is valid, has nothing changed? CISAR.UA : Good afternoon. Yes, the reservation is valid. But due to the fact that there was a malfunction in the system, the administrator on 14/11 informed you that the prices were not valid. So you were interested on 29/12 - 01/01 from 29/12 - 31/12 the cost of the room is 1600 UAH /day * 2 days = 3200 UAH + New Year's Eve 31/12 - 01/01 - 3000 UAH per day so the cost of your reservation will be 6200 UAH (without breakfast) Should I leave a reservation for you? I am attaching a screenshot of the correspondence. I could also attach a recording of a phone conversation (I have all conversations recorded at work) with the manager when booking, but there is no such function here. BOTTOM LINE: time is lost, other housing options that we have discarded in favor of cisar.ua we are already busy, now we will overpay 3 times more than we planned, but we will not live in this hotel on principle!
