It's a disgusting place. The rooms stink of sewage, it feels like you are in a public toilet that is never cleaned, although it looks clean. The stench of sewage makes it impossible to even fall asleep, but you can't open the windows either, there's a constant noise from the street, and the hotel is next to the bus station and the market. Cars are being repaired at night and there are constant knocks, screams and engine noise. There is no cup, no kettle, no plates in the room... It is impossible to move to another room, they refuse to return the money, they scare the police, in general, it's a complete mess.... They say to all complaints - don't come anymore

The conditions are generally good, apart from the fact that the electricity was turned off in the room... they asked the woman at the reception to fix it, she promised that a repairman would come. As a result, she knocked on the door herself and left while we were opening it.. Nothing was fixed, almost the entire stay in the room was without electricity.

A wonderful hostess and a kitty at the reception. While waiting for the taxi, both locals and tourists ran by to clarify something and ask for help in English and Russian. We also received help and advice from the hostess. Disposable accessories are all available, air conditioning, refrigerator are present. There was a table and chairs in the room. There are mugs in the room, you can drink from the tap, hot water can be collected near the entrance. I liked waking up to the sounds of live traffic and cars, watching people pass by and the situation on the roads. A lively neighborhood with its own flavor. It was used twice as a transit hotel. The numbers are a lottery. Once there was a double bed and 1 single bed in the room for two, another time there were 2 single beds. Someone has a normal chandelier, and someone has a disco, and you need to turn the light on and off 50 times to turn on a normal one. In some rooms, the sockets are good, in others they fall out of the wall (fortunately the refrigerator is working). The windows overlook the bus station, so waking up at 6 a.m. to shouts of "Burn" (this is the name of the city) is a classic. Among the advantages: refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. In general, it can only be used as a transit hotel, it does not pull 3 stars

One star only because of the woman at the reception. On Sunday, February 5, she was supposed to leave Tbilisi for Vladikavkaz. We left in the evening and did not get there, as the road was blocked due to snow. We stood with the driver, like many others, all night and morning. In the hope that they would be allowed to pass, they were not allowed and had to return to Tbilisi. Everything would be fine, only the driver (he is from Vladikavkaz) and I ran out of money on my phone. It just so happened that we did not plan to stay in Georgia. He drove me to Didube and went to visit relatives in another city. And here begins the story about the wonderful woman at the hotel reception. So, I find myself alone on Diduba and realize that I need Wi-Fi in order to contact a friend and figure out what to do and where to move on. I see this Hotel and decide to go in and ask to connect to their network. I'm coming in. At the reception, a dark-haired woman under 50 years old. I greet her and ask for permission to use the WiFi, to which I hear the answer "No, I'll give you and then everyone will walk. We have Wi-Fi only for guests!" No, damn it, I understand everything... But. I hope that this woman will always be lucky in life and she will not be forced to be alone in a foreign country and no one will refuse her such a little thing.
