The best government organization in the country! They gave a detailed consultation by phone, advised at what time it was better to come in order to avoid queues. We went to a meeting, and the whole procedure was completed in 40 minutes instead of the scheduled 7 days, which was extremely important for me as a nonresident! They also solved some other bureaucratic difficulties themselves, without my participation. Polite and cultured communication, attentive to the details. Many thanks to all the staff and managers!
