We arrived to try on a wedding dress, the consultant girl immediately ruined the whole mood. When we arrived in 10 minutes and asked if we could come in or wait, we received a rude response to WAIT! Exactly at the right time, we went in, there were 2 moms and 2 bridesmaids with the bride, after that the phrase was said where are you going in such a crowd, I only have two chairs (although it was not initially agreed how many could come), we said that we could stand near the door if it was such a problem. After that, they were again rudely told not to get into dresses, not to look at anything, and NOT to TOUCH anything. I'm sorry, of course, but we were exposed as if we were monkeys who would destroy everything and spoil her work everywhere. So, we entered culturally, asked if it was possible to get in early or wait, calmly entered in a good mood, and in the end we received rudeness from the consultant, Although there are two adult women older than her and she speaks very rudely and arrogantly. Be careful when choosing this salon, because you can come in a good mood, and as a result, dirt will fall on you! I think everything could have gone peacefully and well if the consultant had been able to talk, but this is not the case here.

A very unpleasant situation has developed. We were choosing a dress for our daughter for graduation. We entered this salon without an appointment because we did not know what to do. The consultant girl just shoved us out the door. There was just a scream..... GO OUT THE DOOR AND WAIT, asked how long to wait.... The answer... ABOUT 40 MINUTES.... WHY SHOULD I WAIT 40 MINUTES?????.... if maybe what we are looking for is not at all!!!!!!. Dear management, a consultant girl who is younger than my children should not behave like this. It's not pretty and just disgusting. There are a large number of wedding salons in our city, where there is a great choice, and not in one, they did not behave like you (even if without an appointment.) Respect for visitors and competent wording when talking. That's what you're missing.
