Visiting this place left mixed impressions, and, frankly, the ticket price seems too high. It is important to understand: This is not a classic castle with a historical atmosphere, but rather a prefabricated museum. The expositions are very diverse — from historical artifacts to halls with stuffed animals and an exhibition dedicated to the war periods. We did not find any guided tours. I recommend that you carefully study the reviews before your visit so that your expectations match reality.

I highly recommend visiting the New Castle. This is a museum with a large number of original exhibits, including those related to the historical heritage of Grodno. Plan to spend a lot of time here. Unfortunately, we were very tired, and some of the exhibitions were cursory. The children are tired. But there will be a reason to come again! Boys will love knights. In general, there are very interesting halls with animals, I am impressed. In general, in the castle you can get acquainted in detail with the section of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, everything is explained, including you can take an audio guide. You can also get acquainted with the tragic page of the city of Grodno during the Great Patriotic War. We recommend it! Not worse than an Old castle, and maybe even better))
