The housing and communal services hotel "New Polesie". We stay often, usually we book Double rooms (photo attached), the room price for August 2026 is 75.40 rubles/day. The rooms are ordinary, clean, but there is everything you need, a minimum set of dishes, a kitchen towel. There is a fridge, a kettle, and a large and nice bed in the Double room) There is also a TV with cable. The location is also good, near the Euroopt, grandmothers sell berries and herbs nearby, there is Parking, the city center is within walking distance. Among the disadvantages: very weak Wi-fi, the rooms themselves are small, and it's very hot in summer, the windows are without mosquito nets, respectively, there are no air conditioners and fans.

Being in the very center of the city, you get a wonderful room for adequate money, cleanliness, very hospitable staff and a shop on the ground floor. For two days I was pleasantly surprised. If I pass through again, I will check into this hotel only.

Excellent hotel, good staff! The rooms are not expensive, but nice and clean! The rooms have everything you need, although the rooms are not big! There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can eat, pizza, beer on tap! Shop right in the hotel building! The parking lot is huge nearby, which is a huge plus, you don't need to think about where to put the car. The bank is across the street, shawarma! Great place, I recommend it!
