A wonderful stay with incredible breakfasts! We were absolutely delighted with the hotel No. 12! This is exactly the place you want to return to. I would like to mention the breakfasts separately — it's just a fairy tale! They take place in a bright, very cozy room with panoramic windows. Sitting, enjoying a meal and watching the morning street is very atmospheric. The food is always fresh, varied and incredibly delicious. You definitely won't stay hungry! The staff are warm—hearted people. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and ready to help with any question. They make you feel at home. As for the room: the cleanliness is perfect, cleaning was carried out every day. The bed is very comfortable, we slept well. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, delicious food and a human attitude. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is in a great location, in the very center of history, metro, trams nearby. We lived on the ground floor, which was not very pleasant, because the windows faced some street where the locals were smoking and all the smoke was in the room, the lighting in the room was terrible, like in a dungeon. The beds were comfortable, the pastel linens were clean, they hadn't been changed once in 6 days, only towels were changed and the trash was taken out, there was always instant tea and drinking water in small disposable bags. The bathroom was normal, there was good water pressure, and there were soap and soap accessories. As for food, the breakfasts are delicious, there are a lot of snacks, sweets, but it's the same every day, I've had enough of it for 6 days. The service is normal, the guy at the reception is Russian-speaking

I really liked that the hotel has friendly Russian-speaking staff, I can especially mention Inga, delicious homemade breakfasts, the hotel itself is already tired) lack of dental cleaning products, cheap shower products, the location is gorgeous, the shortcomings are probably the costs of the local mentality, and we compare with the international standards of chain hotels.

Advantages of the Russian-speaking staff. Minuses. The air conditioning system is not working. And that's 30 degrees in the heat. The balcony does not open the noise. There are no toothbrushes in the room. The room itself is a little tired. For that kind of money, you could have found a better hotel, I think.
