I am a student of this school in vocals and guitar. I like the teachers and the general friendly atmosphere. But everything starts to fall apart when it comes to customer loyalty. The school's rules are just terrible and not aimed at the audience. The purchased subscription should only be used for a month, i.e. if I go once a week, I can't buy more than 4 classes. If I have an emergency, I can't cancel classes, it burns down. Yes, sometimes it is possible to work on another day, but this does not work because there are almost no windows. At the same time, if the teacher cannot conduct a lesson, then it is not burned out, but postponed. I've been studying for almost a year now and I don't cancel classes every month, but this attitude discourages me from renewing my subscription. You also have to arrange vacations so that the lessons don't burn out. You can definitely recommend any teacher of the school, but unfortunately the rules invented by the administration spoil all that good impression hidden for months.

Cons (for which I take off 2 stars) - the subscription system is absolutely unprofitable for students, in which you are required to leave your 4 classes within a month, and even if you are ill and with a certificate, you will not be rescheduled if the month of the subscription has already ended and it will stupidly burn out, although you physically could not study and you a serious reason. If the teacher canceled the lesson for his own reasons, you will have to come at another time, even if it is inconvenient for you, just so that the lesson does not burn out, and it happens that the teacher offers options for practicing classes that you simply cannot attend, and then they offer the option of going to another teacher, which is extremely stupid because the other teacher does not he knows you and you will just have a lesson from scratch, that is, just wasted time. After all, you make more progress when you study for a long time with one teacher who already knows what specific vocal problems you have and with whom you have developed a connection. At the same time, in my opinion, it is not written anywhere openly in social profiles.
