My NG Sapanca Hotel Review We recently had a great holiday experience at NG Sapanca Hotel. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. They are extremely meticulous about cleaning; everything is sparkling and hygiene standards are at the highest level. It offers a peaceful environment where you can relax with your friends and family. The staff is friendly, caring and professional. The quality of service is really admirable. There is a team ready to help you with anything you want instantly. The hotel's kitchen is quite spacious and rich. Carefully prepared dishes are served that appeal to every taste. We had an experience that exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of taste. You are eating with peace of mind and pleasure. A hotel full of pleasure every moment with hiking trails intertwined with nature, peaceful forest views, a fully equipped spa and wellness area, thermal facilities, indoor/outdoor pools. I would recommend it with peace of mind for anyone who wants to relax, refresh and spend quality time. In short, NG Sapanca is an excellent hotel that deserves more than 5 stars and makes its guests feel special with every detail. We are looking forward to going again at the first opportunity!

A complete family hotel, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the mini bar is filled free of charge every Jul, children's playground, pool, activities, aqua, walking areas, nature is wonderful. Only in the indoor pool area there is a baby stroller and stairs for disabled people, etc. No. The children's pool is in the trees and it's quite fun enough, but it's always cold because it's in the shade. You can leave at any time after the room delivery on the check-out day. The use of wet areas is free. If they also make dinner for free on the day of departure, it will be four for four.

We had a good holiday at this hotel, where we went as a family with three separate children. The rooms are quiet. Cleaning was not enough in such a hotel. Problems experienced in the supply of towels, disorders in the sink and hot-cold water settings are not suitable for the quality of a 5-star hotel such as NG Sapanca. The shower areas are also outdated. The bathroom areas of the rooms need to be renovated. The food is delicious as far as it is served, but it can be more varied. Also, sometimes you have to wait in line too much in the dining areas. Snacks given after the afternoon, which is one of his weak points, are weak. There are no snacks other than pastries, neuter and potatoes. The nature is extraordinary, we spent our lunch hours walking. There are no children's activities. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. As for the children, there is a Kids Club-style playground on the lowest floor in the NG Sapanca section, but we couldn't leave the children there because of the attitude of the people taking care of the children. The children's playground in the NG Enjoy section is very large, but there is no place to sit and spend time in the area in front of it. There are no activities for children to enjoy and distract. There are two separate sections in the pool area. One is the section used by families and the other is the section that can be used by families without children. When we left, we were able to use both areas, but the pools are small. SPA areas such as sauna, steam bath are really nice and convenient.
