We were in neo today, bought about 50 tokens in total, a great place to spend time with your family, polite and helpful staff, various and interesting slot machines, after winning which you can get tickets for which you can already buy various toys and sweets, also on the second attempt in the toy machine they knocked out such Capybara, the kids are thrilled

This is not the first time we have been here, we took 100 tokens for quite reasonable prices. Slot machines cost from 1 to 4 tokens. A variety of devices, ranging from the dance floor and karaoke to vending machines for good luck (By the way, we hit the jackpot in this:)) It's cool that the vending machines have been updated in half a year The ring is beautifully decorated, with a pear and MMA inside. Thanks to the staff! They were pleasant in communication, helped and entertained in everything.

On April 30, we arrived from Brest to Grodno, decided to visit this place, the situation was very oppressive for me personally, but you get used to it very quickly, the female employee explained everything very well how and what to work here , won 2 toys in 10 attempts, received positive emotions, the female employee rejoiced with us the next time we come to Grodno , we will definitely come back , it is really possible to win , unlike other places .

A cool entertainment space for both children and adults. Lots of interesting slot machines. Competent and courteous staff, they will prompt and tell you everything. They didn't leave empty-handed, they pulled out 3 toys. We will definitely come back more than once.

A cool space with a variety of slot machines to play! Those who write negative reviews can say that they are not justified. Even kids understand how to start the game, not to mention adults... during my stay there, I saw a smile and excitement on everyone's faces; I won several toys myself + hit the jackpot of tickets

There is no service. Here is an example: the children were playing air hockey and the gang flew away, there was no reaction, and then they had to ask, and as a result, the minutes burned out, but they did not give compensation, in the form of a repeat game.

BE CAREFUL! There are slot machines near their gaming halls. If you walk past them with a bag containing a wallet containing a card, then each slot machine can charge you two rubles. That's how they copied it from me. Be careful even just passing by the hall. UPD. We called tech support right away. We were told "there's nothing to go there." After a couple of minutes of conversation, the support woman said to send a confirmation that she had written off in the telegram. We sent it, but we didn't return any money. UPD 2. A day has passed. We called tech support again. They attacked us and accused us that it was our own fault that there was nothing to go there and lean against the machine gun, and if they did, it was our fault that we were robbed.

Thanks to the game space for the opportunity to plunge into childhood. Luck was on my side, and I pulled out a toy for 7 tokens (the first time) and won a super bonus on one of the slot machines. The staff is friendly and responsible

It's creepy, the service is at zero.. if you ask a question, they send it, go figure out for yourself what and how) the machines are set up perfectly) you won't be able to win) but they gave me a bonus for everything ) a hair elastic band ) It's so cute)))) blacklisted forever )

The employee is a liar... They came up to buy 3 tokens, they wanted to pay with a card. This gossip girl says that card payments only start from 10 rubles. Another day, they came to play again, and the payment for 5 rubles was quietly made by card. I'm not even talking about the fact that the grip of the cranes is terrible, and there are no prizes for tickets!

It is very stupid that tokens are sold only in a certain amount: only 3,7,16,43,100 pieces. If the cost of one game is 4 tokens, then I need to purchase 7 tokens and discard the rest. And to use the device twice, I need to buy 3+7 tokens, and throw the rest away again. It would be worthwhile to sell tokens in multiples of the cost of the game. Why should I pay for something that I don't need or play with the remaining tokens in those games that I'm not interested in?
