It's a great place. The child likes it very much. We went there more than once. There is a large maze, a trampoline and there is a place to run. Comfortable sofas where parents can land. There's a small cafe there. You can buy coffee and sweets for the child. It would be great if you could buy and eat there.

I live in Svetlogorsk. I told my wife that I was tired of the Secret (Homel Yeti). We purposefully went to Nemo. It's much smaller in size, but it's all there for kids. I was pleased with the clean toilet and the girl at the reception (when I bought something, I always wiped my hands with wet napkins and if there was ice cream, then I put disposable rubber gloves on). The most important thing is clean. There is no ball, but this is it. For nonresidents - opposite the Crown. My wife was shopping while I was sitting with my son for 4 hours for 4 years. I'm not tired. It's good. I'll definitely go again.

Hello! Four children visit this place. Usually everything is fine, but we were here today and didn't like it so much that I decided to leave the review. Now, to the point: I came with two children at 19:30 on 05/11/2025, there were 4 more children in the hall, one child of an employee of the center. And I see this picture: at about 20:10, the ladies on duty begin to actively prepare the center for closure: they turned off the cannon with balloons, then the cars that are connected to the outlets were turned off in the children's town (up to 5 years old) carousels, stacked all the cubes, turned off the music. But the lady didn't stop there! The children were actively running around in a circle catching up on the tiles, and then this very employee of the center begins to clean the floor, and she doesn't even bother that small children (my 2,6) in socks are running on wet tiles. Of course, I tried to catch my child so as not to leave with an injury. As I understand it, if the game center is open until 21:00, then cleaning should be done after 21. If there are children in the center and there are still 40 good minutes before closing, then why are the children's attractions and music turned off? Advice to the management: sometimes look through the cameras, what's going on closer to closing time. And take a closer look at the female employees.

I really didn 't like that they let adult children alone without parents , and they , in turn , offend the little ones .I had three children, including my child, crying from them. The staff of the center for the entire time of our stay (we were from 17:00 and almost until closing) never went around and looked at what was happening in their game room, referring to the cameras, like they can see everything anyway!!! My child is gone without bruises.

We have been to Nemo many times, everything was fine. This time I was disappointed! We celebrated a birthday, ordered everything a month before the desired date. Together with the administrator (the receptionist who records everything) we chose the date, the time, the bubble show, and the hero who will entertain us. Firstly, we went there and they announced the price to me 2 times more than they originally agreed (perhaps their entire price list has changed, but alas, no one warned me). Secondly, when all the children gathered at the soap bubble show, the wrong character entered the door, which we discussed earlier. When I went to the reception and asked what was going on and why the wrong character appeared that I wanted, they answered me, "So you didn't say what kind of character it would be" (I'll note again, everything was discussed in a month), as it turned out, the administrator forgot to write (the error with the animator was eliminated). Thirdly, my child, as well as I, were wearing white socks, as a result they were black as if we were walking on sand! And fourthly, the window was open. Kids are running around half naked and no one cares! The mood after the center is disgusting, not because of the money, but because of the spoiled holiday! I hope that everything will change for you! And now we're not going there! I just want to mention the animator, she coped with her task very well, lifted all the kids' spirits! I also want to note that after leaving this comment in the VK community, they deleted it, and blocked me for the second time. That's how Namo solves its problems, in order to eliminate the problems of the institution, they delete not the best comments!!!
