Level 15 Local Expert

A two-star hotel. Clean, Everything is simple. The plumbing is working fine. There is a Wi-Fi connection. The staff is adequate, they don't speak Russian, but sign language helps out. In order to spend a couple of nights on a trip is a normal option.
