On September 8, I called to make an appointment: the receptionist said that there was no recording, there was a live queue, and there were a lot of people today — it was better to come tomorrow. I believed it, I came in the morning, and they told me that the laboratory assistant was on vacation. When asked why I was misled, the receptionist replied that she "had no idea" because she had just come back from vacation. That is, no one is following anyone, no one is coordinating schedules with anyone — complete chaos. I do not advise anyone to contact here: you risk just wasting time and nerves!
