We visited this cafe this afternoon and were very disappointed with the service. After we were seated at the table, we were ignored for about five minutes. The hall was not even half occupied. In the end, we ordered only coffee and there were no questions to the barista, it was very tasty although one cup was served to us, then one to another table and the second to us again. It's very strange. The guys were kind of lost, but we left quite surprised and unlikely to return. Three stars just for coffee, so it would be two.

Great modern design, Great modern interior, very nice waiter girl. Unfortunately, the advantages end there. The prosciutto and burrata sandwich is not very tasty, to put it mildly. Sour sourdough bread completely overpowers the taste of the other ingredients, if you can even call them that. The burrata here is, in fact, just the shell — inside there are several torn pieces of mozzarella without the characteristic creaminess. Prosciutto gets lost somewhere against the sourness of the bread. As a result, it's a very weak sandwich for your money. Well, a couple of crushed pistachios from above looks more like a mockery: they say, "it's with pistachios." 🤣

The tea turned out to be very simple, it was impossible to top up the water, because it was brought without brewing. And it's not cheap. We came in during lunch today, and all the tables were occupied by people with laptops. We ordered a matcha latte and a cold Americano. As a result, there was only milk in the match. And with Americano, we had a misunderstanding with the barista or some kind of mistake. Instead of a cold Americano, they made a cold Americano with foam (milk). As a result, they asked to redo it. Everything was redone, everything was fine, we were sitting on a bench outside the restaurant, it was good that there was shade and it was not so hot. An unpleasant moment came during the payment, when both the cold Americano and the cold Americano "with foam", which was redone, appeared in the receipt. When asked why, the barista said that otherwise she would have to pay for it herself. Of course, I didn't want to figure it out and force the barista to pay for the drink. But it seems to me that this is an abnormal policy of the institution, that such errors are either on the client or on the barista. I definitely won't be coming back and I won't recommend you to visit.

Today, for the first time, I visited this institution, which has long been added to my bookmarks. It attracted the attention of a large number of visitors back in the summer, which made us think that the place was decent. My impressions were mixed. 1) they came into the establishment and greeted us. There were 2 of us, and we were offered tables for two along the corridor in the direction of the toilet. We asked to be seated at other tables anyway, because the place was half empty. The waiter reluctantly agreed, saying that "these are tables for large companies" (this will be important). We immediately realized that the waiter here is a hostess, and that you need to come in a company of at least 3 people so that you are seated at a table off the aisle. Thank you for making a concession. 2) the establishment does not have a separate sink for washing hands, you need to stand in line (including along the seated guests) to the only toilet. The toilet was clean, soap and towels were in place, but the hand cream was already running out. 3) the menu arrived, we quickly selected the dishes, but we waited a little longer than expected for the order to be accepted. There are clearly not enough waiters for the establishment, or they can not cope. 4) when accepting the order, the waiter could not correctly specify the cooking time ("the cheesecakes will take a long time to cook, about 15-5-10 👀"). We also ordered tea, another dish, and meze. They asked for everything to be ready, because the cooking time turned out to be unpredictable. As a result, the meze was brought the fastest, then the cheesecakes were brought, and after that — tea and another dish. 5) the meze was served without one of the three ingredients, warning in advance that one of the ingredients was missing, and duplicated one of the ones that was. Imho, if an institution cannot provide a full dish, then it is better to put it on the stop, because this means that the serving is incorrect. Anyway, we wanted meze, but it's a pity that we couldn't taste the dish as the brand chef intended. And yes, serving meze without appliances, it was very strange! The appliances were supplied only for the main order of dishes. 6) Tea is the most shameful part of the order! It turned out to be "tea-soaked" water. I understand that the establishment is tired of "can I pour some water?" into the teapot, but this is not a reason for such a presentation. 7) the empty dishes were not taken away for a long time while we were sitting, but after we paid off, they began to clean up literally from under our noses. The waiter also separately pointed to his QR code to pay for the tip, apparently because we were given a "good" table after all. 8) before we left, 4 people sat at the next table for 4, but the same waiter asked them to move to the window, where the tables are smaller and designed for 1-2 people. Apparently, they had their own logic or tables for someone. There was no armor plate on that table, and soon a couple with a child sat down at it. By the way, I wonder if there are baby chairs in the institution? In general, one of the advantages is a beautiful conceptual institution. It's a pity that the concept was never understood by me: what to eat here are sandwiches and salads. There are no questions about breakfast, although the ricochets were not dense enough and fell apart while trying to spread the sauce on them. I plan to visit in the future and try sweet coffee — it seems that this is the main specialization of the institution. I sincerely wish the coffee shop development and prosperity!
