The Museum of St. Elijah's Church in Chernobyl is located next to the church in Pozharny Lane. The museum was opened on April 25, 2010 in the former Parish School on the initiative of Archpriest Nikolai Yakushin. The church community restored and repaired the school building at its own expense. The museum contains: fragments of the painting of the vestibule of St. Elijah's Church; an old map of Chernobyl; other historical documents, books, and artifacts. crosses from the domes of the wooden Resurrection Church from the village of Tolstoy Les (an architectural monument of the 17th century, burned down in 1994). In addition, next to the museum there is a Memorial cross of the Chernobyl Renaissance from the organization "Afghans of Chernobyl" and a memorial sign erected on the initiative of bikers.
