An excellent head of a unique and original museum, inspired by the development, prepares, dries and ferments medicinal plants, treats tea from collections, conducts an excursion, and takes care of the building. It is also possible to purchase medicinal preparations in dried form or in the form of syrup / decoction / jam - it all depends on seasonality and availability. The scent of herbs on the second floor is mmmmm...fascinating.

You need to go here for the atmosphere! We were on a road trip through Belarus in the fall, we decided to stop by the museum of the Grandmother Tower on the way, we were attracted by the appearance of the building, we thought it was a former manor house) It turned out that this is the building of the Soviet club, but this did not make it any less interesting. Such a rustic atmosphere! Whoever likes it, you will definitely like it. Inside there was a museum of medicinal herbs - the only one in which the exhibits are changed every year) On the second floor there is an exhibition where samples of plants collected in the district are displayed and their properties are described in detail. There are also several rooms with rustic decorations. On the ground floor there is a long table covered with a tablecloth, at which schoolchildren who come on a field trip drink tea, a small thematic library, voting booths with white curtains with national embroidery) We were also treated to delicious hot herbal tea and sweets. As souvenirs, you can buy herbal teas and bath fumes collected in nearby meadows and forests by the museum staff. A unique and original museum, I definitely recommend you to visit.
