Excellent location, two Parking lots nearby - one inexpensive on the street, the second more expensive and covered opposite. It's a long walk to the center and the pedestrian street, but you can take a taxi. The rooms are clean, great breakfast in the courtyard. In the evening we sat at the bar - we liked it quite well and at a low price.

Clearly not four stars. There is no air conditioning in the room, only an old-school desk fan. Noise from the street around the clock, there is no sound insulation. In some places, the room is a little dirty in non-obvious places. Wi-Fi is free, but it falls off periodically. One of the advantages is a good location near the center, a good breakfast. It will do for a business trip, but I do not recommend it for a vacation.

Good breakfasts. This accommodation can be recommended to those who come to the beer festival - tents are a three-minute walk away. Three circumstances were very stressful. First, the family room (for three people) turned out to be on the fourth floor in a separate entrance, where there is no elevator. Secondly, the ceramic tiles on the floor in the room are very cold. Thank you for thinking of making a "warm floor" in the bathroom. And the third is the breakfast crowd.
