I have no complaints about the quality of the products, but I have huge questions about the service. Managers work very poorly, there is no feedback. I write complaints, but they just ignore me. It's very unprofessional. We need to work out each request, come to a consensus, and not ignore the client as if he doesn't exist. After I placed the order and paid for it, I did not receive a receipt, I did not receive a message about my order number, I did not receive a message about the calculation of delivery, I found out the amount after the fact when I picked up the order + delivery was overdue for almost a month ... and no one answers me for all these claims.…

Getting to know the brand and making the first spontaneous purchase turned out to be a complete disappointment. A suit for 788 bel.rub. Photos are attached, draw your own conclusions. It feels like the first sample was on sale, with the disgusting quality of the internal seams and crookedly sewn pockets. UPD: The money was refunded for the jacket, as it is a manufacturing defect. Carefully inspect the product before buying, unfortunately, the high price and Belarusian production are not a guarantee of good quality. The trousers were damaged as a result of a single wear and an incorrectly selected heel height, so there is no return for improper quality. There are many showrooms of Belarusian designers in Minsk with much lower prices for products and high quality of service, where you are offered tea/ coffee / bottled water, a spacious fitting room. Unfortunately, this brand is not interested in retaining its customers and does not worry about the quality of its products.

It's a great store! Probably the best impression I got in Minsk. The consultant girls are just great professionals in their field! They prompted everything, showed everything, patiently listening to all our wishes! We came with a friend to get one shirt. As a result, after trying on the dresses that I picked up myself, I was upset that nothing fit, I even managed to change into my own. BUT, the beautiful girls who found out that I wanted a dress were able to find me options that fit just perfectly! I wanted to take everything I measured. The result is 5 new things in the wardrobe, the most positive attitude. Now I recommend this store as a must-visit place for all girls! Thank you for such beauty and care on your part!
