We visited this communication salon before the weekend. They were interested in the new product from honor. A girl (a redhead) began to advise us. As we understood later, he is a representative of Xiaomi. They asked us to offer us various smartphone models in a certain price range. But they only told us about a couple of models, and the girl answered questions about specific characteristics uncertainly, searching for something on her phone. But the most interesting thing...Why didn't she promote the brand she represents??? Maybe we would have decided to spend a little more money on some new product from Xiaomi. This is the first time we have met such a "weak" consultant in the MTS salon.

Those who write "ordinary salon", it's strange, but what do you want, polar bears with a tambourine and a show of dancers? I came, I bought, I left, everything is fast, clear, convenient. As for queues, yes, they do happen, but! I often pay attention, not only here, but in general in any banks, offices, people grumble in line for a long time, but as soon as the queue reaches them, then "let the whole world wait" 😂

This salon doesn't even deserve one star. When a question arose about the lack of competence of a HUAWEI representative after purchasing the product. The staff's attitude was just disgusting. And no one responded to the entry in the complaint book within 14 working days. The issue has not been resolved. I've been using the services since 2004, but now I don't.
